I had a baby in August 2015 and I gained a substantial amount of weight due to being on steroids throughout the pregnancy. Most of that weight went to my breasts, and I already had implants. I went from 34DD to 36G throughout pregnancy and I was very unhappy. I had an explant with reduction and it was the best decision I ever made. I am extremely happy with the results and my back and neck are much better off, and I can wear any clothing I please now.

From start to finish, the entire staff was top notch. Catrina, who is Dr. Greco's patient coordinator was amazing to work with. She and Dr. Greco worked with my insurance to get my procedure covered. The only portion I was responsible for was the actual "explant" since the insurance wouldn't pay for anything related TO the actual implants, since those are considered cosmetic. He gave me a great price on my portion of the surgery, and he considered all factors when giving me that number. It was more than fair. I opted not to have new implants put in and Dr. Greco did an amazing job working with the natural tissue I had left over and meeting all of my requirements. He got me down from a 36G to a 36C and my back and neck are much better for it. I now have natural breasts, no implants, and none of the issues I had before. He was very thorough, and took his time with me at all appointments. I just had my 6mo check today and I am healing very very nicely. You can hardly see any scarring around my nipples at this point. His nurses are so sweet as well. They took such good care of me in pre-surgery and post-recovery. I would definitely recommend him for any plastic surgery needs you may have. You will be well taken care of and valued as a patient and human being. I will not be having any work done anywhere else, ever. Congratulations on your results.  How much of a size reduction did you end up with?
