It's been months since my surgery. At first, I thought they'd never drop and round out. Here it is 2 months later and it's like it was yesterday, only better because the girls look awesome!!

Yesterday I was a little discouraged about my appearance because my implants are riding so high, but I took the surgical bra off and took a shower and was able to see that things are where they are supposed to be at this point. Today I am going off my pain meds and sticking to Extra Strength Tylenol only. Mostly just pressure at this point but much pain. Here are pics I took last night before my shower, you can see how high they are sitting.

I didn't freak out as much as I thought I would. Was very quick and the staff is amazing!! My husband has been a great nurse so far! They're so high it's hard to tell what they'll look like. Dr. Palette went with 450cc silicone under the muscle. I still can't believe I have boobies!!
