I had breast augmentation surgery almost 12 years ago with saline high profile. 2 months ago I had my implants removed and replaced with silicone textured gel implants. I absolutely love them. They feel so real. Dr. Curtsinger from savannah coastal empire plastic surgery did my implants. He is a wonderful doctor. I recommend him. His staff is also very friendly and welcoming. He does phenomenonal work. I couldn't be happier with the results
