DEATH AT JOLIE
I was at Jolie when Kizzy London passed. I am SO freaked out. I knew my anxiety was higher than usual... praying for her family. I would have been on that table today.
I know it’s not his fault, anything can happen to anyone in surgery, but I can’t imagine her family’s feelings. I feel bad for him, too. Ugh

Since I'm looking at other reviews, it's only fair...
Since I'm looking at other reviews, it's only fair that I write my own (1.5 years after...).
First, quick recap: I had a Breast Augmentation on November 19, 2015 with Dr. Finger in Savannah, GA. I got Mentor silicone gel ("gummy bear") implants, 425cc/475cc, under the muscle. I got moderate + profile. Easy recovery, love my results, erased all "before" pictures, sorry! Went from 32C to 32DDD/F. Due to asymmetry, I also had a MINOR lift of one nipple on April 8, 2016 under local anesthesia. Cost was $4750 after discount for being "on call" for surgery, I believe his regular rate is $5250 or so, depending on patient needs. Now my breasts are equal in size and nipple height, and I LOVE them!
Long version for you high-achievers like me: I'm 27, and at age 13/14, I lost about 70-80lb. Even though I've been active since then, and eating vegan for the past 5 years, obviously empty breasts and sagging skin aren't something I can work-out away. I am currently around 140ish, and 5'9", athletic. My breasts were asymmetrical, and though I wore a 32C, they looked like an A when I was naked.
I went for a consultation with Dr. Finger in September or October of 2015, and he made me feel very comfortable, especially with his 40+ years of experience. I had friends recommend him to me first, and then when I did my research on RealSelf and a Facebook support group for women seeking BAs (that was super helpful), I found that he was the #1 doctor in GA and in the top 10 of the US. Sold! I should add that my friends all wanted different looks, and got exactly what they wanted- one wanted just a full B, another wanted a DD- both very satisfied. He gives you what YOU want!
We decided to do a breast augmentation to fill out my empty breasts, and his expert eye decided I needed 425cc in the larger breast, and 475cc in the smaller, to equal them in size. He literally was able to tell within seconds what I needed within the look I wanted. I wanted to do the surgery in Jan/ Feb of 2016, but he said that there had been some cancellations in Nov, and if I wanted to have it done then, he could apply a discount. I will add that I DID NOT feel pressured in any way- his entire staff was so sweet. I decided to schedule for November 19th, took a week off from work, and used CareCredit to pay the cost.
His surgery center is in Bluffton, SC- this makes it more of an individualized experience, and it was cheaper than a hospital surgery space. The nurses at his office and the surgery center were phenomenal- they took SUCH amazing care of me, including one nurse, Joannie, who took me 4-5 times to pee while I was on my IV before surgery (haha)! I've had a history of nausea and vomiting after other surgical procedures (wisdom teeth, OB/GYN stuff, etc), so they gave me a patch the night before for nausea, as well as anti-nausea in my IV. They also put anti-biotics in my IV to reduce the likelihood of infection, as well as adding it within the surgical area. I was under for 45 minutes, came out shivering from anesthesia, but was ready to eat a few hours later! NO NAUSEA! Dr. Finger called me that evening to check on me (which he does for all of his patients, so great). My grandmother went with me, and she is a retired nurse, so he asked to speak with her and just gave her some quick reminders on my medication, healing, showering, etc.
Recovery was pretty easy- I was grocery shopping on day 3, which one of his nurses, Dallas, promised me I should be able to do! My incisions were only about 1/5" wide, which surprised me since I went with Mod + implants- I was expecting a bigger incision. The only pain I felt was when I bent over, which is understandable due to the muscle pressure.
Once I was healed, I went in to talk about the minor lift on my nipple, since Dr. Finger wanted to wait for my breasts to drop before we talked about it. The minor crescent lift on my left nipple was done under local anesthesia and only cost me $750. I want to be clear, this was not a revision- we knew that my breasts were uneven and that if I wanted to (completely my choice), I could come back in to have the nipple height adjusted- my BA went perfectly, and this was my choice to even my nipples up after their sizes matched (perfectly, I'll add). Total cost: $5500, if I did my math correctly.
I went in that morning, they marked me up, and then I had local anesthesia injected into my nipple- this was the worst part, not pleasant. The nurses DID however, apply ice before, to reduce the pain, and used this buzzing "bee" on my forehead as a distracted. Once my nip was numbed up, I went into the back of his SAV office, was prepped for surgery, and he did the lift. The entire time, he was talking to me and the nurses, was in a great mood, talking about how much he loves what he does, can't imagine retiring, likes to stay busy, etc. That recovery was super-easy, and I love my results.
I'm going back to Dr. Finger to talk liposuction and skin tightening on May 31st, and I have all confidence that he will give me a fair, honest evaluation of what will look best on me. I'll try to update pictures later!

Provider Review
Dr. Finger is an expert in the field, and has the best staff and bed-side manner. He gave me the look I wanted and gave me exactly what I was hoping for! He called me the night after surgery (on both occasions) to check on me. If you want an expert that knows what he's doing and loves what he does, go with Dr. F!
