Satisfactory Rhinoplasty

I’ve always wanted to changed my nose. It’s deformed probably also because of my breathing problem.

When I was a child, I pinched my nose bridge every day, wishing that I could make it taller by using my hands.

Stupid me. It never worked!

When watching the American show Friends, I decided that I would have a nose job. At that I was probably about 18 or 19.

Poor me. I didn’t have enough money!

Now finally I could achieve my childhood dream. And I’m lucky to find Doctor William Lao.

He’s a man of genius! I knew this immediately when I met him.

Normally if I want to do a serious procedure, I consulted at least three place, because I always want to find the best place possible. But Doctor Lao saved me such efforts.

His intelligence level is definitely much higher than an average plastic surgeon. He almost had a mathematics degree when he was an undergrad at JHU, one of the most prestigious universities. Mathematics really counts! You need to have a good number sense to know what degrees of angles or shapes of lines are desirable.He has very good aesthetics. The nose before/after pictures on his website shows very natural results.

Speaking of his work manners, he is also very efficient and has very good management. Everyone works hard!

The experience is not difficult at all.

I had the procedure in April 17. Pain free. I woke up after spending four hours with no consciousness in the surgery room. And my friends picked me up. (I’m grateful for having two kind friends!) I went home and cooked dinner for myself! Easy!

The second day was a little difficult. I was very swollen. I applied ice packs on my face all the time. I could do nothing but read a book on how to master my emotions. I was a little anxious. And I didn’t sleep well and I could not breathe easily.

The third day was also difficult but better the second one.

The fourth day became easier. But I didn’t want to work at all.

The fifth day was much easier. My swollen face started to return to its normal state. I could work now!

The sixth day I went to get rid of my stitches. And after that I went back to the office. My face was almost normal. Even the scars were not very noticeable.

Around two weeks, I looked at myself:

WOW, I achieved my childhood wish.

This experience is miraculous. Everyone likes my new nose. Many asked me for the contact of Doctor William Lao.

He’s the best. Trust me! (Sometimes he’s too strict. This makes him a less likable person. But I guess a perfectionist cannot have a perfect personality!)
