Hi Ladies! I'm so glad I joined this site, I love how everyone is so helpful. I'm 29 years old and have a 9 year old son. I want a BA since my teenage years. I'm a small 32A. I can easily make them look bigger with a Victoria Secret push up bra. I'm very athletic...been running cross country since I'm 7 and now work out 4-5 times a week...love the gym. I know I won't be able to work out for 6weeks but I guess I have to make the sacrifice haha. I have all the support from my family (my mom isn't very happy about it) and my boyfriend will take care of me as long as I can't handle it on my own. I had a consultation about a week ago and my surgery date is june 22nd with Dr.Strausser. He is one of the best. I do not like doctors but he made me feel like the most important person and his job is beautiful. I'm sure I will be in the right hand. My pre op visit is june 1st. I would love to have 300-350 cc put in. But I still haven't decided if I should have saline or silicone under the muscle. I can't make up my mind because there are pros and cons to both. Anyone have any advice?

Go for the 350cc either way. I personally prefer the silicone because they feel less balloon like to me. They are squishier than the saline. It all depends on how real you want your boobs to feel. Maybe let your boyfriend feel the saline and silicone implants and get his opinion

Thank you for your help...He will come with me to the pre op visit so he can help me decide but I'm leaning more the silicone also after all I read about them.

I was super set on going with saline when I went into my consult, but my doctor persuaded me that silicone was the way to go...my sister got saline and you can feel a little rippling(same size as me/325). I was told they are way safer than they used to be, and way more natural feeling. My doc said basically your paying more now, but not having regrets and redoing them later. Hope that helps. Best wishes to you.
