Dr Lacerna mutilated me. Find one of the other very qualified surgeons in Sarasota. She did a short scar bracioplasty and my scars are horrendous. There is no way to improve it after going to several surgeons for a consultation.

Worst 4 days of my life!!!!!
OMGG. Ok so day of surgery I was all hopped up on anesthesia and drugs everything seemed fine. A little uncomfortable trying to lay on my stomach and not use my arms but I managed. By day three I was asking myself and my partner why in the heck wold I have ever done this to myself.Day 4 I am off the meds, besides the antibiotics, and feeling pretty darn good. I am wearing three different types of garments. Post op appointment is Tuesday so I will keep ya posted. BTW Dr Lacerna and her completely female surgery team were the best.

Dr. Lacerna is Sarasota's best new Plastic surgeon. She is caring, professional and has an eye for aesthetics. Her office manager Shelly is awesome, She gives you payment options and always gives you the best prices in town! Her nurse practitioner Vanessa (who did my laser work) was awesome. Enjoyed talking with her during the procedure. Loren, Megan, and the rest of the staff are amazing. I love my results ( I am five weeks out) and plan on doing photorejuvination on my face in the next couple of weeks. Do not let the fact that Dr. Lacerna does not have many reviews fool you. She really does care that you get the results you want!
Hi I am thinking about Dr. Lacerna for butt implants with fat grafting to hips. Did u happen to see any of her work in that area. I can't find to many reviews about her! I'm kinda nervous.

Tomorrow is the big day
Ok so it had been 11 days since I have gone to my consultation and my procedure is tomorrow. Dr Lacrena asked if I was willing to gain 5 lbs for the procedure, which of course I was. I mean who doesn't want to eat whatever they want for a few days? Unfortunately I think that I went a little overboard and am up 12 lbs in 11 days. Hopefully I have gained some viable fat! The more she harvests the better for my bootie. I am concerned about losing the weight after the procedure but I am sure it will be fine. So I am posting pictures of my before body. The picture with the dark panties was 2 weeks ago before the weight gain and the light panties are from today, right after I got back from a three day cruise. Both sets of pictures are terrible, but hey, only one day left with this body!! YAY!!! Also today I went shopping for essentials I hope I got everything: tanktops to wear under my vendette, itch cream and gel, feminine/body wipes, metamucil, fuzzy socks. Since I have large breasts I am trying to rig something to prop me up bc laying on large boobies is not in the least bit comfortable, Unfortunately, I wont be lying on my sides due to fat transfer to my hips and my brachioplasty. It is funny I am not even thinking about the pain. I am sure tomorrow will be a different story, I will def keep this updated!
