I had a TCA peel done about 10 years ago and I decided to have it done again because of the fine lines and wrinkles starting on my face and cheeks. I have seven days off of work. I thought I would share my experience here. Overall I would recommend it. It looks like it takes about a week of downtime. My doctor said he could go a little bit deeper but we decided to do a "lighter" TCA peel which I think just means he did fewer passes. It was a 30% solution.

I would recommend Dr Adamson. Some plastic surgeons will require sedation for minor procedures (i.e. Upper lid blepharoplasty, TCA, etc). I especially like that Dr. Adamson does not require it and let's you choose what your most comfortable with after talking to you. He also doesn't make you feel guilty for the choice you make or pressure you into any decisions. You can sit and talk to him and discuss the pros and cons and what's right for you. I have had multiple procedures at this office and will continue to go back.
