27 Yrs Old VSG Woman Needing BBL,BreastLift,Lipo and Mini TT - Dominican Republic

Hi EveryOne,

I am 27 years old Height 5'3 current weight 189 But Only Because I am pregnant with my first Child whom I give birth too On December 23,2014 .

Before I was pregnant I was 148LB slim but had Extra Skin from Undergoing WeightLoss surgery two Years ago; I had the VSG vertical sleeve gastrictomy which changed my life in so many amazing ways epscially being that being that before the surgery I was 264LBs ; Long story short I had already made up my mind that I'd undergo the Surgery for Skin reduction but now that gonna be a momma why not get the full package..

Never Really had much of a body just always had a wide butt that's flat at the top with Hips , Thick thighs and Big breast but once I had the VSG I went down from a 42DD to a Saggy 36B Yuck!! So that's why I need these girls lifted .... I am planning on having my surgery in September/October 2015 after a few months of breast feeding my baby boy ..

Not sure if I should go to Either Dr.Duran or Baez ; honestly at first I was thinking of Dr.Jimmerson but whewwww he's Pricey $9,800 was my quote
From his office and I'm not sure if I would do a Tummy Lipo vs. Full tummy tuck only because I really don't want a huge scar across my belly smh!!!

So I'd say I've been on Realself for about a week and a half now Searchin doctors , reading reviews both negative and positive of different doctors . But I am not only looking for safety and knowing that my doctor is board certified but also ; I'm looking for a doctor who can get me as close to perfection as possible . So anyway after reading all the RS reviews , youtubing , Instagram and speaking with other knowledgable ppl in the surgery world I've decided to go with Dr.Duran based off all her great images and reviews etc. When I first came on here i knew I was interested in getting a BBL, Lipo to arms,back,tummy ,thighs and flanks but I wasn't sure if I wanted to get a full tummy tuck , Mini Tummy tuck or just Lipo to the belly but again after all the research I've came to the conclusion that a Mini Tuck is right for ME .... Here's why! As I've stated in my intro Post I am 2 almost three years Post-Op VSG Vertical Sleeve gastrictomy aka One of the best weight loss surgeries you can get!!! But the down side of being LARGE 264LBS to 144 Small is Access skin... Smh but I still look and feel beautiful than I've ever felt.... Having all that said I already knew I wanted the Skin removed and now I'm Almost 8Month pregnant w/my baby boy so now I'm just gonna go all out but I don't want a Ugly large Scar across my whole abdominal area NOPE and I've found that a Mini TT gives you the smallest little cut just above your pubic Area ... I can live with that Especially because I didn't have much skin just a nasty flap on my belly,thighs and arms...


To answer Some of your questions in reference to my little guy growing in my belly, because I was so large before and never got any skin reduction done he's just growing right in that space instead of stretching me more!!! :-)
