This is going to be so detailed and straight to the point i swear
1st doctor Maikel Jimenez paid deposit (250 haven't gotten refunded because i'm still going there so ill ask them in there face for a refund no time for the back and forth phone thing) but i couldn't find more info on him like no girls post about him go scared bye Jimenez (wave)
2nd doc Dr Manon paid deposit (300) this H** sent me a quote for some [RS bleep] im not even asking for and still to this day is being funny about answering me i understand hes busy but damn but ig i understand apparently they hired some help so we'll see how this goes my date is June 12 2017 and i still sont have proper docs to get medicine nor fmla from work etc. had a doctor appoint in Irving Tx with my primary and ugh she was like i cant write prescriptions for surgeries i don't do so idk what to do now i asked this busy assistant of Dr Manon and she still hasn't responded that was yesterday so this is where i'm at with everything.. Bought some supplies will post soon have not bought flight because that [RS bleep] is high as hell right now and i like deals um multivitamins i've been taken folic acid prenatal pills iron magnesium vitamin c and b complex which i got from another lady on here but my doctor said that's to much prenatal pill is all you need because it has everything in there idk... Got my 3 piece luggage set off groupon 60.00 ayyyyyyyyyeeeeee!!!

Ok so I am now in the process of getting my refund back from Dr Manon office I had NO TImE to play with the back and forth mess so I simply called paypal and they were so happy to handle it since I paid my deposit through them... The same reason everybody else don't like Dra.Manon's process is the same reason i'm getting my deposit back same thing they are just not it, no, to much smh... ugh I have my tourist card, im staying at DE LA PAZ RECOVERY HOUSE they're making me pay a $200 hold your spot fee its $450 for 7 days and like $70ish a day after that so yea doing that soon like real soon um I have my bags packed I think im good i'm just really nervous about this flight lord im flying SPIRIT AIRLINES both coming and going yes I asked for WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANTS they granted me it for both coming and going and since I don't need a wheelchair going what they did was gave me wheelchair seating (3C) for going and wheelchair assistants AND seating (3C) for returning flight I hope everything works out well with that because as usual I do not have time look :-/

So is anybody taking this for weight loss before surgery
