I had my surgery done in the DR by the in demand Doctor Duran at Cipla. I originally did not want to do a review since I was so hurt by the outcome, but I realized that is selfish and I could save people a world of trouble.
The Pros: I have a flat stomach, I have a curvier shape
Cons: Lumpy flat stomach, can't wear a bikini, embarrassed during sex, when I stretch my skin feels restricting, in the sun I look extremely deformed, 3 months spent on ultrasound therapy, a kid called my tummy ugly & they're the most honest so it hurt, I can feel the irregularities, when I go to check ups the doctors look at my body concerned, I am now going to save up 3 times the amount for correcting the mistakes Duran made.

I know Dr. Duran is a popular doctor and a lot of people try to possibly make reviews to damage her image and clientele. This is Surely not the case in my situation. I understand the skepticism since I to was a skeptic on certain reviews while I was doing my research…and I know it can absolutely drive a person crazy since you are looking for answers and don't need further anxiety with reviews with conflicting results, such as this. ESPECIALLY if you (were) considering Duran as your doctor. Do I believe Duran botches all her clients, I don't. I'm just giving my story and you can take it as you will, but be forewarned. I am now paying $10,000+ Dr. Cat Who specializes lipo revision in Beverly Hills to fix the situation. I'm not sure what people think I will gain by faking a review. I didn't go to Duran for cheap cost, I went for her expertise I thought she had in creating a body type that I desired and did not feel US surgeon could create such a curvy figure. Whelp you wanted proof here it is .

That's awful that this happened to you& I wish you the best in your journey of trying to fix this. Tho there seems to a lot of misinformation here. Maybe you can post your confirmation email you received from Duran that shows your date & time of sx. I think that will go a long way in proving that you did indeed have sx w/ Duran. As of now you haven't really posted anything to show you really had sx w/her. Again, best wishes for you!

An X-ray and a stay at a recovery house is enough proof. If people chose not to believe I can't do anything about that. I posted to help others in making an informed decision. You can fake anything nowadays

You don't have to prove anything. I think we are all adults, I read a review where the patient didn't want a tummy tuck and Duran was upset and gave her a less than Duran bbl, hence why I chose not to go. Wish I could have saved it then. I would need a tt but I don't want one. I agree with the doctor wanting to maintain her signature look but you can't force ppl to do as you advise and she should have consulted her the patient b4 she arrived at Cipla. I agree her work is nice and no one can take that from her. If someone thinks the review is fake well just get frozen "let it go"!

Sorry to hear that you are going thru this it amazes me how this is a app for women support and honesty and you get bashed sad not everyone will go thru an amazing experience and us as females should support and try to put ourselves in her situation what happened to sympathy these days from many reviews dr Duran has had her hit and misses that's why I took her off my list unreal how these girl come up here and say prove this and that so much for support when this is what the app is for I really hope And pray you can fix it and ignore the negative comment now I understand why some girls don't come back to finish there stories or journeys

Thank you! I appreciate your comment. I will be updating this when I get revision surgery and I ignore the negative comments because that is not the reason I'm sharing my story and there will always be someone who had something to say… They usually sound very ignorant so I don't even entertain it

Just want to thank you for sharing your story. Surgery is no joke. To decide to have surgery is to decide to take risks, sometimes even with our life . The good stories are great, but the unfortunate ones are more important as is it really gives us a moment to sit back and make an informed decision before we commit.. to ask ourselves if the benefits we are seeking outweighs the risks. Its easy to jump on the surgery bandwagon when all you have is visions of sugarplums in your head.. focusing only on all the great results we come across. I hope you ignore the ignorant people who comment on your post. Best wishes to you in the future on whatever you decide to do with the outcome you've had.

I'm was only 23 during surgery/ no children. They didn't recommend a tummy tuck since my skin would bounce back. I don't have any loose skin after surgery just botched job

Wait doll...did she suggest a tummy tuck at first? I’m even more upset and hurt with your results as myself. My journey was BA nothing more then 360 Lipo I didn’t need BBL. Duran suggested TT and I was about to return home, other dolls waiting and her assistant said you don’t need it she can do it without TT you don’t have enough skin to do TT so I only did Lipo and I’m botched. Also, she never marked her name on me prior to surgery...did check on me once, but I realize a year later maybe someone else did my surgery in her presence.

If you look closely to some of Durans before and Afters you can see a bit of irregularities in some patients. No doctor is perfect and although that may not look like Durans work unfortunately it is . Of course you wouldn't see this on her Instagram page as her best work.

I've contacted over a dozen girls and every single one of them is happy with the results. I contacted them because my surgery is on December and I wanted to know. The only person I had a few lumps with somebody who never followed through with her massages. The longer you wait to get these massages the harder the bumps are to get out . A lot of people have is pretty on the disproportionate bodies to begin with and Duran makes miracles happen

Good luck. I hope everything goes well for you. Do a little more research on botched lipo and how massages have nothing to do with it. I had massage therapy ( lymphatic massage) and ultrasound therapy for about 6 months after surgery. You can't massage out an indent

Besides all doctors board certified in that field do not agree with massages after surgery because it can futher damage underlying tissues and blood vessels, I agree with her, massages do not get rid of indents, I applaud you for sharing your story and I am glad you will be staying in the US for your revision

BotchedBird you have been so sweet and patient with all the doubters. You have provided plenty of proof. The doctor herself has never disputed the validity of the fact that you are her patient! Botched results happen. And sometimes we never post a review but just move on looking for a new doc to fix our botched results. Brave people like you really do us a service in sharing your experience. All of us want to believe we will never be botched but it can and does happen and it is not our fault. Sometimes it is bad plastic surgery, sometimes it is just the way we healed. But I just want to give you props for sharing your story. I think bad results can happen to any doctor and any patient. I am not a doctor but I have seen doctors answering questions about results similar to yours and they often refer to liposuction that was done too close to the skin that resulted in scarring. I am right there with you in terms of not being too happy w some of my surgical outcomes. I wish you luck and hope the next one brings you some success! Hugs!!
