Yilly is in high demand getting hundreds of emails/day. I would say prior to paying deposit it took a days to hear back. Once I sent my deposit and let them know I was a nurse I starting getting my questions answered very fast! I even recently changed my email and phone number and sent for confirmation and got a response within 5 minutes. A couple of days ago I visited my pcp and got my meds prescribed..everything but heparin. I sent a message to Sasha at 1030pm central time asking if it was OK just to get heparin in DR she responded back immediately stating "most dolls do". Printing out all confirmations is something that is a must and they even instruct you to do. No surprise. Just stay positive, be Persistent. Chase option for deposit seems like best option to receive confirmation

I'm not too sure it's normal because before I sent my money I would hear back immediately now nothing that's what got me worried and you should be too

You said you sent your deposit via quick pay? I sent mine chase quick pay on a Saturday around 2pm. Received all surgery instructions 3hours later. Just be persistent! Tell them you paid your deposit and are demanding confirmation

No I went in chase gave them the account # and paid directly took pictures of my receipts and emailed it to them

Oh ok. So you didn't do quick pay option...... I think there is a delay with other option. I heard someone else state a delay with that. She accepted my quick pay very fast.
