Hi, I noticed many people are taking MegaFoods Blood Builder which can be purchased from Amazon . Hope that helps :-)
Khloebaby is correct, Blood Builder and Purabsorb liquid iron. Taking the recommended amount of each daily should have your levels fine for Jan. Good Luck.
Welcome to RS and congratulations on your up in coming sx ! I am extremely anemic as well and I ordered mmh.com pre opt vitamins and post opt pkge to take 60days prior to sx and as I have done today in making ur mind up to have sx I took prenatal pills and an iron pill as well and I was 13.3 on day of sx! Please don't forget to get ur international immunization shots six mos prior to departure ok! Read my journal prt one and prt two! Great stuff! Best wishes!

Monday morning i check my email & had my quote & was told by Dr duran to cl Today the office to secure my sx date i spoke to elizabeth very nice over the phone... I book for Feb 19 2015 ...
