Finally Getting Rid of a 20-year Old Cheek Scar Makes for One Happy Camper - Santa Monica, CA

WORTH IT$2,500
Twenty years ago, i had suffered an accident while mountain climbing that left a large scar on my left cheek right below my eye. now, at 55, i had been through numerous scar revision surgeries over the years, but none had really fixed the problem.
i had procedures with other doctors (both eye and cosmetic surgeons) over the years and they had focused on pulling the lower eyelid upward, but the end result was never satisfactory.
even after five surgeries, the scar tissue in my cheek would pull down my eyelid causing frequent infections and chronic dry and red eye.
after a year-long bout with an annoying eye infection, i decided to find a doctor who was on the cutting edge as all the traditional techniques i tried hadn't worked. at my initial visit, i immediately knew that Dr. Karamanoukian was not your typical surgeon as he purposed doing a sub-scission, whereby through a small opening he would enter my cheek and cut through the scar tissue. after the procedure, i could feel immediate relief as my cheek stopped pulling down the eyelid. he has subsequently followed up with some filler and laser work to make the scar less visible and i have to say i get a lot more looks than before. Dr. Karamanoukian brought my face back in balance something that other doctors couldn't do. nowadays, at my age, i take it easy and go on day hikes, but i know that whatever happens on the trail, Dr. Karamanoukian can make the scar look much better.

Yes, please share photos! I am about to get a scar revision and I want to find THE DOCTOR (last revision was a terrible mistake)
