I always contemplated getting a nose job because I never liked the way my nose looked. Aside from that, a couple years ago, I broke my nose and never fixed it properly. I had trouble breathing since then because I had a deviated septum. This pushed me to look into having surgery. Dr. Aynehchi explained to me in detail what he wanted to do to address all of my concerns.There were several things that had to be done to achieve our goal. I had what is called a septoplasty which fixed my deviated septum, straighten the airways, which has allowed me to breathe out of my nose (so happy). I also had a combination of other procedures, a graft on the top of my nose to smooth the appearance of the bulbous tip, shaving of the side bones to create a more narrow bridge and he also brought the droopiness of the bottom up just a tiny bit. So, my rhinoplasty consisted of several different procedures, all of which went smoothly due to Dr. A's expertise. I truly feel my goal was met, medically and esthetically. I also want to mention that the process was smooth, from the first consultation, all throughout the payment process, through surgery, follow up appointments and even follow up emails. I genuinely couldn't be happier. Not one complaint.
