Hi there! You know I actually went to a dermatologist and turns out I had rosacea. So since I've been put on the meds (1 pill and 3 creams) the bumps have actually calmed down to a point where it's acceptable. So I think they were exaggerated because my skin was so inflamed. My eye lashes are real, I've been using latisse for the past 4 years :)
Try Hyaluronic Acid cream. Retina A works but can cause broken capillaries. I use Dr. Jeanette Graf on HSN. Try this &let me know how it works!
I had those bumps, too. I got botox under my eyes, and coincidentally the bumps are almost completely GONE. It was a pleasant surprise. Less wrinkles and no bumps. :)
I have those too - microneedling works but they grow back after 5-6 months or so. They are glands that are more visible because of the collagen breakdown in the under-eye skin. Botox is worth a shot too as the other member said and it does some very beneficial things for skin (apparently permanent) that they don't even understand exactly.

Bumps are back

The bumps came right back and the inflammation came down. I'll have to go for another treatment
