After wanting this for 10 yrs, I finally have a date set. I'm 60 yrs young and a 38 G. So tired of all the neck and shoulder pain. Not afraid at all. I had a tummy tuck a few yrs ago and the pain was not bad at all. Husband is super supportive, which really helps. I hope to be a C cup approx. when done. Looking forward to losing the grooves in my shoulders.

Welcome to the community.  I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful you will feel once this is done.  Soon no more back and neck pain, grooves in your shoulders or sling shot bras.  I was so happy to get rid of my DDD's.

So far, I'm not nervous. Probably too busy at work so I can take off 3 weeks! I have my pre-op in 3 days. So many things to remember to discuss with my surgeon. Thankful for this forum to help me make lists of my questions. Thank you all. I will update again after pre-op. Bye!

3 weeks, great, you'll be glad you have that time. Ya, I wasn't really nervous either, once I made the decision. Until the nite before, so I took a Xanax so I could calm down and sleep. This is gonna be such a good thing for you. Hugs and keep,us posted.

It's becoming real...excited and sleeping a little more fitfully.
So many things to do still. Get prescriptions filled, clean the house, 4 more days to work, and groceries. I'll be glad when it's over. Pre-op went fine. Had to have blood drawn, urine test, and she did a breast exam and an all over once over. Told doc I really want to be at the biggest a C cup. She thinks it is realistic.yay! I got a lesson in how to deal with the drains. They should only be in one day. The surgery center changed my time from 6:30 am to 7am arrival time. Not a big deal. I will update again before I go! This is going to be great!
