I hardly have any soreness anymore, except in my right nipple because I have a big lump of necrosis under the nipple. I can work all I want and also am back at the gym. That feels great! Doctor saw me at 6 weeks and I don't need to see her for another month. So worth it. Love these small boobs!

Such a great attitude. Glad most all is well. What does doc say about necrosis? Will it heal? Is there anything you are or can do for it?

Necrosis will either go away on its own over 6 months or it will have to be removed. Sure hope mine melts away! There is only one big lump that bothers me under my right nipple. The rest are small. I can live with that. I guess I will have to wait and see! :)

Thanks for the answer. Wait n see, harder said than done. Stay hydrated and healthy. If you aren't already, I suggest taking vitamin C (2000mg) and zinc (50mg) daily while you are healing. The two together are awesome for recovery and keeping other illnesses (flu etc) away. Hugs and continued good healing.

You look amazing!! Can't wait till I can start working out again. That's great you see your dr every week. I wish mine was that often. Leaves little time for anything to go wrong.

I think they are looking AWESOME. Mine left one is still a bit irritated along horizontal incision, right is done great. Funny how that can be. Still having some zingers here and there. Glad to see/hear you are doing well. As I said before, massage ONLY if it feels good, if not, leave the girls alone, lol. I found some days I could, some days NO WAY. Continued good healing pretty lady.

Good advise! Zingers here and there, especially in the right breast. It is the most sore. Thank you!

Tough week...:(

Last week I worked full time. I do hair. Boy did I pay for that! So sore I held my breasts when I walked to make sure they didn't move. I have hard lumps in my breasts and thought massaging them would help. WRONG! I was in pain from doing that, not just the usual soreness. A couple days ago, I decided to not touch them at all, and I feel a lot better. What a roller coaster this is! So glad I have the next 3 days off. I think I will just rest and hope I turn the corner on the soreness. On the positive side, most of my scars have fallen off and they look better. Still red, but that will change eventually. Even after all this, I would do it again! :)

Your breasts look fabulous - happy for you. Yes it is a roller coaster - always something else. I am 8 weeks today - feeling pretty good - still some swelling and tenderness even now...........Love it and enjoying having small boobs greatly.

You look great. I think doing hair must be very tough with the amount of time your arms are raised, but at least you will not be fighting to keep your boobs out of your client's face all the time!!!!!

Yes! No more wet boob from it hanging on my clients forehead as I shampoo!
