Planning BBL surgery

Recently I visited Santa Cruz in Bolivia and met with the people from Makeover Travel, although I did not go ahead with the surgery I Thought I would write a quick review of my experience there. Monica was my assistant who dealt with me since my first enquiry she was always very quick to respond and answer any questions. She met with me in Bolivia on short notice and was very kind and friendly, she speaks perfect English and even helped advise me on places to visit in the area, hotels etc. She is absolutely beautiful and a walking advertisement for the surgeries here, she showed me her surgeries personally which all looked very well. I met with Dr.Lijeron (who also speaks good English) he had an absolutely immaculate office- very clean and modern- I think they also perform the surgeries at this location. The only concerns I had with not going ahead with the surgery was he told me he does this procedure (Brazilian but lift and lipo) in one hour and a half! I have been researching this procedure for nearly a year now and from what I have read this procedure should take at least 5 hours to be done correctly especially with the need to process the fat before injecting, injecting should also be done in small amounts at a time for the best results and therefore take longer. So all I can advise girls is make sure you do extensive research on whatever procedure you decide to do before your consultation and have an extensive list of questions for your surgeon! Another reason for me not going ahead with the surgery is that the surgeon said I did not have enough fat to have dramatic results and even though I don't want a Huge butt I would like a nice bit of projection and he said he would only be able to put approximately 400cc into each cheek. He also advised that I could only accomplish the results I wanted with implants.My next step is to get a second opinion in Brazil. I have included a pic of what I was wishing for unfortunately this may not be possible for me :(

These are the pics I have sent to makeover travel who have suggested I should get Tumescent Liposuction or “Tumescent Liposculpting” and brazillian butt lift. I don't know much about this technique of liposuction so I need to do much more research as I am worried about scarring etc and I am unsure which technique is the best for minimal scarring. So far communication at makeover travel has been execellent. I just cannot find as many reviews as I would like to about the surgeon Dr. Lijeron, would love to speak to some other patients who have had this procedure done with him.
