Where to start? I have three beautiful girls...

Where to start? I have three beautiful girls ranging in ages 28, 22, 15 years. Yes, I did say years. It has taken me this long to get the nerve to have surgery to get my sexy back. Although, if you were to ask my hubby he would say I never lost it. I am just over 5'3" and weigh about 135. I had breast reduction November of last year going from 34 DDD+ down to 34D. That was the beginning of the new me. I lost over 20 lbs and feel so much better in my own skin now. The only problem is I have no elasticity in my skin, so there is excess that needs to go.

I am going back to my previous surgeon for my TT with muscle repair. I have scheduled my surgery the week before Christmas. 1) The office I work in will be closed the week of Christmas, so I won't have to take off too much extra time from work. 2) That gives me a week to heal and feel somewhat normal for Christmas.

I'm excited, yet nervous all at once. Looking forward to following others journeys too.

I didn't search very long. I knew a couple of my coworkers had some procedures done and asked who they used. We really hit it off well with him and our repoire with each other had gotten better each time I go in. Good luck in finding your perfect surgeon.

I am also in Santa Barbara! I had a consultation with Dr. Makenzie and liked him very much. Decided on Dr. Soares in the end. My surgery date is Oct. 24 and I am getting a bit nervous. I had my pre-op yesterday. Best of luck to you!

I have not been stalking the site as much lately. I have been making sure to take my multivitamins & vitamin C to make I stay healthy prior to surgery date. I work for an orthodontist and germies still visit us every so often. I'm getting excited to look as skinny on the outside as I feel on the inside.

I decided it was time to share some photos. You notice in a couple of the photos a scar on my right side. I had an emergency appendectomy a month after our youngest was born almost 16 years ago. You'll also see all my beautiful tiger stripes (aka stretch marks). I started getting stretch marks with our first daughter. If you could get them somewhere I did. Boobs, thighs, butt and abdominal. And I got more with every pregnancy. I tried the cocoa butter. Slathered myself down every day & night to no avail.

Time to say bye-bye to my extra skin!!

Well getting closer and closer. As I mentioned before I am also in SB! My figure looks almost just like yours. 5'4' and 120lbs. I have a 34DDD. My surgery is Oct. 24 and am really starting to get excited and nervous. I have had five kids, ages 25 to 10, have not seen a flat tummy since 18!

I finally posted pictures because you posted on my review. I've been avoiding that part but I realize it's not fair for all of you lovely ladies to have the courage to bare your souls, so to speak, and for me to keep mine hidden. Thank you. Looking forward to sharing your journey with you.

You have an awesome shape, once that skin is gone you're going to look AMAZING!! I just wanted to give you a little advice, you only have a week inbetween surgery and Christmas, more than likely you will still feel pretty crappy at that point. The first few weeks set the stage in how the healing process goes, you need to rest, eat and get as much fluid in you as possible. I highly recommend NOT planning on cooking any Xmas meals, or having any big get togethers. You have to be a little selfish in this healing process, your health MUST come first. I have a must have list on my review, feel free to check it out. There were many things that i almost didnt get, but am soooo glad i got them last minute.

We are going to have Xmas on the 14th instead. We all live here so they agreed to have it early so I wouldn't have to do Xmas after surgery. Still time to do that?

Oh good, I think that's a great plan. Like I said you really need to take the time to heal, it's so important :-)

Haven't told my whole family yet I'm doing this. I will as it gets closer. One if the perks living near family. Mother in law will probably want to host Christmas dinner. Hubby likes to cook too, so I can sit back and relax. My goal is to have all shopping done and wrapped prior to surgery. That way my first week if recovery is relaxation and watching Christmas shows and listening to Christmas music. Thank you for the tips.

Can't wait for you to join the flat side.  I've done this twice in 16 months, ba and tuck.  I had both done at the same time both times.  It was hard, but way cheaper that way.  I'm tired of being cut on and am hoping that I am finally all done.  I guess I'll see in a few months as I recover.  I'm only 4 wks out as of this coming wednesday, but will be so glad when I reach the 6 month mark.  Your ba came out fabulous and I'm looking forward to seeing your tuck results.
