WORTH IT
I had a breast augmentation surgery 10 yrs ago and now it's time to start thinking about replacing the implants. My first surgery went so well (the doctor was on board with what I wanted and the healing process and results were amazing) that my expectations now for my surgeon and the procedure are very high. I understand that this type of procedure is not that complicated for plastic surgeons, but I didn't want to schedule with a doctor that treated my procedure as "cookie cutter". I've been taking my time looking for a local doctor and after hearing a recommendation from a friend, I booked a consult with Dr. Parhiscar. I truly appreciate that my consult was efficient and not lengthy (but not rushed either) and he offered suggestions that could enhance my surgery results. This was important to me because I knew he was seeing me as an individual and that he would adapt the surgery to me. Of course , all surgeons should treat patients as unique but unfortunately not all of them do. It's also worth noting that the office manager who scheduled my appt. was very friendly and informative. The staff is an extension and representation of the surgeon and if I'm investing my time and money into something so important, I'd like them to treat me like that as well.

HAD SURGERY AND SO HAPPY!! Breast Aug & Rhinoplasty
HilMOctober 6, 2016
I waited some time to have my surgery from my initial consultation (because of my work schedule) but I finally did it and am thrilled with the results! I had my saline implants removed and went 100cc's larger with 400cc silicone implants. During my pre-op appt. when we were talking about size and shape, Dr. Parhiscar suggested that I could go bigger considering my height, but I never felt pressured to do so. He is really so kind when talking to you about something as sensitive as body image and we talked about different options (size, shape etc...) and I always felt very included in this process. One of my biggest concerns was going too big (I used the word "conservative" so much that I was starting to annoy myself with how worried I must have sounded /: but he understood and assured me that I would be happy with the results by specifically showing me how my new shape would look. My new breasts look EXACTLY as he said they would! Also, this was my second breast aug. so the recovery time was MINIMAL, and I mean my chest has hurt more from an intense session at the gym than it did from this surgery. I wasn't expecting that so it was a nice surprise ( :
Dr. Parhiscar has portfolios of his work and one of them is dedicated to rhinoplasty. I was completely impressed with the before and afters of his patients and also fascinated at how the improvement can really enhance someones face. I've always wanted my nose worked on, but have always been way too nervous to pursue the idea. I decided to talk to him about it and he showed me what my options could be. Again, he had a very conservative no pressure approach. He's so professional and thorough with his explanations and ideas that it really shows what an expert he is, yet his demeanor is relaxed putting someone like me at ease.
I never thought I'd say that I love my nose, but it's like he photoshopped it in real life! The shape is refined and fits my face better and the little bumps that were on my bridge are gone! This man is an ARTIST! I highly recommend visiting him for a consult, you will not be dissapointed!
From the very first consult, to the surgery and recovery process, the entire experience has been exceptional. I definitely was nervous about surgery but Dr. Parhiscar and his patient care coordinator Melinda were very kind to me making sure to answer all of my questions, addressing my concerns, and giving me the best care possible. I could not be happier!

Thank you so much for sharing your opinion about your doctor.
I would love to add your experience to the Breast Implants community, but it would be helpful if you could provide some more detail about your experience with your procedure/treatment. I suggest adding before and after photos - optional of course, so that other community members can use your review as a guide throughout their journey.
