MISSING CASA MERINO IN SAN MIGUEL ALLENDE!
WORTH IT$6,500
I have a friend that is starting the planning process of having her facelift done by Dr. Kollieker in Leon, Mexico. Of course, she will have her aftercare at CASA MERINO in San Miguel Allende after my waxing on and on about it! I may join her because I loved the serenity at Casa Merino and the town itself.
Staying at Casa Merino for aftercare was such an important aspect of recovery. You only have to think about yourself -- no distractions from doorbells, phones, people, animals, etc. They treat you like a queen there. No guilty feelings about "laying around." And, you'll get to discover the beautiful town as well.

Last update. Completely satisfied with my results. I have two friends that are now planning to have some work done with Dr. Koelliker and then their aftercare at Facelift Mexico in San Miguel Allende. I loved staying at Casa Merino so much, I'll try to sneak in with them. . . Happy Journeys to you all.

You look stunning. Beautiful and natural w/ no bruising? Excellent.

Dear Guajira,
Thank you for the compliments. I did have a lot of bruising around the eyes in the beginning. It took almost six weeks for it to completely fade away. However, it was completely worth it. I have absolutely no regrets.

Thanks for updating your post. I'm planning to be in San Miguel for a FL in November and I have been debating between two surgeons, Dr. K and Dr. Barrera. I think they are both excellent but the follow-up and after-care with Dr. K and San Marino sounds better. Not surprisingly, it's also more expensive (the aftercare, I mean). How long would you recommend staying in San Miguel after surgery?

How did you find your surgeon? Did you hear of anyone else who had procedures done by him?? How long did you remain there before heading home???
