Please Help! How Do You Rest After Having a TT & BBL - San Leandro, CA

The painful part is the drains that are place for about a week.. I would highly recommend for you to get your bbl done first. Then you should wait for at least 6 mo for your TT. It's no joke when you can't lie on your tummy or your booty. Believe me I was kneeling for the most of the day.

Did i mention im getting my arms done @ the same time...lol ... I just wanna do everything at once b.c im dcared of doing one thing and then i wont wanna do the rest cause of pain... How long were you in pain for?

Lol.. I didn't get my arms done since I really didnt need it.. Not so much pain just discomfort.. I only took the pain meds for 3 days.. So are you getting your arms, TT, bbl?

Yes all at the same time... I havnt been able to get advice from anyone who has done all 3 together ... Actually no one seems to have done all 3

I also had my inner thigh(s) done a d that was not painful at all.

Did the insicion open up or the scar stretch?? They told me that happens alot

I want to do my thighs too ...

I don't think mine did..it depends on how the person heals. I'm also using scar guard and its helping.

Congratulations for making this far. To answer your question, mine didn't stop shrinking until around 6-8 weeks

I agree with buttappeal. Your butt does shrink, the dr did say that your butt will be at its size by 2.5 months. I would suggest to you not to sit on it for at least 3 weeks. I sat down at week 6

Thanks girl! Trying to stay of it until 6 weeks too (other than driving, but i used towels so my butt isn't really touching). And props for getting a tummy tuck, I can't imagine recovering from that right now!

It's going to be a challenge.. But you'll eventually will be ok by week 1. Some of the girls have some suggestions below.. They really worked! Best of luck!

She cut a hole on a 6" foam mattress topper to make a hole for her butt and she said it worked wonder for her. My surgery is next week and I just made my foam mattress for my BBL today. I've tried it and think it is going to work. Good luck

I just saw the foam mattress.. It's funny how I just bought new mattresses, and I told my hubby that if I had my old mattress, I would of cut a hole out.. Thank you Buttappeal. And best of luck in your surgery.. Keep positive! Remember the first week will be a challenge! Once your drains are removed you'll feel 10 times better..keep me posted and I'm here for support!

Buttappeal, he didn't recommend any. He said it was up to me.. I would recommend it. I'm still swollen from the lipo area on my back. When are you scheduled for? How exciting!

I am scheduled for next Monday. I am excited but at the same time extremely nervous. I pray for a healthy recovery and of course-- a hot body. Please keep me in your prayer

I'm finally sleeping on my tummy.. I place plenty of pillows on my belly.. I can honestly say its getting better as each day passes by. The hardest thing is not being able to sit... I keep on telling myself just one more week to go.... How are you doing?

Oh believe me girl it's a mental struggle on finding a comfortable area. I'm 3 months post op.. N I actually started sleeping through the night for about 4 weeks ago. My back is still swollen n my tummy area as well.

I'm happy to hear you will be sharing some photos soon. My pre-op consult with Hegg is next week and I'm extremely nervous. My hope is to get at least 500cc in each cheek. I have been trying really hard to pack on some weight but don't think I have been that successful

Hey! I'll try to take some pics tomorrow.. I had the lipo, TT, with BBL. I only stayed at the hotel for one day. Dr hegg went to visit me the next day and told me that I was ok to go home. I live about 1.5 hrs away. I'm happy with my results. I looks really natural, and it has made a huge difference... I felt nothing during surgery, the first three days are the hardest.. I can give you my cell phone # if you like.. I think it will be better for you since your only having the BBL. I think you had mentioned about staying a couple of days, if you live close it might not be necessary.. Ask Dr. Hegg.. I have been post-op 15 days and I have not sat down, I only have a few more days to go.. You can count on me for moral support!
