Double chin & my eyes are small & manly looking

No he cut the lid short and left the fat on top and Iv checked with several places and 2 plastic surgeons to remove it but nobody will. Not know exactly where he put it they said it could look worse. Arce could have told me to get in within two weeks because I had sent him pictures and he kept saying just massage and the swelling will go down. He just lied and let me look like crap.

There are two pretty good plastic surgeons who specialize in eyes: Dr Guy Massry and Dr. Kenneth Steinsapir.

I'm going to have to do something but have to wait till August or later. I might be able to do my eyes in January but not sure. Who are you having it with and what are you having done? I'm at work and wifi is awful

I'm have had 5 consults so far and narrowed it down to 2 doctors. One is in Atlanta Foad Nahi and a doctor in Destin Florida Dr Burden. I really confused on the route to take. Driving my husband crazy because I can't make a decision. I have done a lot of homework on all the procedures. Scared about the eye and brow lift if I choose to do those at same time. Maybe I'll get my base which is the neck and face lift. Chemical peel to remove sun damage. Will you get brow lift to correct eyes or redo bhelpasty?

Its scary and I hope you get a talented surgeon and all goes well. I think its called a TCA 35 chemical peel and Dr. A did half my face and it worked really well but I'm going to have to have that redone also because of that. There was absolutely nothing he didn't screw up on. I think I'm going with Dr. Abdula here and he didn't want to make any decisions on what todo until the swelling goes down. He also teaches so hes up on everything. I posted a question but pulled the pictures because I just didn't want to deal with this at the time. But asked what can be done to fix my eyes and one said skin graft. Dr. A has already lost 8 potential clients because of my review so he screwed himself to. They do sell the TCA peel on Amazon but I'm not sure if its a good idea to do yourself. lol

Hi there- I'm so sorry, I know how this feels but I am shocked to hear about this and to see these results. Arguello was rated very high there by several of his patients. I was thinking of going to him or to dr. Lev. Then I read a crazy review of arguello that's also posted on the internet. I'm wondering if something has gone wrong with him . Check out the other reviews, you'll see what I mean . I guess there's no desire to get a revision from him. But I think you're results will look much better once the juviderm dissipates. I have had too much filler in the past but it does go away. From the side angle your face looks nice and the jaw line looks smooth and taut.

But the word is getting out there. 2 people have change their mind about using him after seeing my post. One lady is scheduled to have surgery in December with him and messaged her twice. I have a feeling she's still going have it done. Iv done what I can and now it's up to her.

Again I'm really shocked . Did u see see Eponas review? She looks amazing . I think Dr. Arguello has lost it. I was trying to reach them for revision surgery and I couldn't get in touch with him or his former coordinator who never emailed me back so something is really wrong . I am still considering Dr. Lev in CR . I read about a hundred great reviews and there is one bad one but not like yours. I could not afford these US surgeons. Again I know this doesn't help you much but you will have to wait anyway before you could do revision. Believe me, there's a lot of us that have had disappointments . And thank you for doing all of us a service . Dr Arguello was like a "star" on RS about a year ago .

I think he thinks he's untouchable. What I was told by one plastic surgeon I seen that my face wouldn't have been rounded if I had a full facelift. I'm not sure but it looks like a few of these women who are raving about him didn't get a full facelift eather

I do believe that the lady you are speaking of that is scheduled for surgery in Dec is Me cor.lin I cant say that your review doesn't give me pause and some concern about Dr Arguello but as I read over your comments the one thing that stood out to me is that you are saying he did this "bad work" intentionally, that just doesn't sound reasonable to me that a Dr with his reputation would do some bad work on you on purpose, for what reason? He knows people post reviews on
R S does he want to harm his reputation and business just so he can "Get you"? when I put two possible situations in front of myself, 1. The Dr wanting to "get you" for some reason and so doing a bad plastic surgery on you and 2. A woman who no one knows from Adam being unhappy with the results and trying to discredit the Dr. one stands out as much more plausible. I know that I don't personally know Dr Arguello but there are many women on here that sing his praises at the top of their voice. There is Epona as mentioned above there is

zazusmom, the last few just had there surgery in the last month or two and most of the others were done in 2016 all of these reviews were for facelifts, eyes, brows, necks etc. He also had great reviews for breast work and tummy tuck but I didn't include these because I didn't think they were relevant.
I am very sorry you aren't happy with the results maybe we could see more clearly what you are talking about if you would put some GOOD ( and more than two hard to see before pics) before pictures, that would make your review more believable. The two pics you put up were very small and not a fair before and after comparison, please put more before pics up I would be interested in looking at them very carefully and then comparing the many many after pics you have up. The other woman that was mentioned in your review by someone I a lady that said dr A trashed her face, I found out that this lady used to work for Dr A and she had many glowing reviews on R S about her face work her name then was Jackeie ( not sure if that spelling is right)
but when she was let go from Dr A she changed her name and removed her pictures and started disparaging him, I only know this because several of the women mentioned above as giving glowing reviews were familiar with her and her great reviews they said were some of the reasons the chose Dr Arguello.
also just a side pointy the lady that does my electrolysis knows a female dr that lived and worked for a long time In Cost Rica and was very familiar with the good and the bad Drs, she now lives and practices surgery in the US, she said that Dr A was one of the very good ones. I really hope some of the women that I mentioned above will chime in on this post as well but I certainly encourage any one having doubts please look up all of these ladys and read their reviews also, and I promise to give very carefull consideration to all of your pictures if I can get several good compaison before pics. thanks for letting me vent

Oh yes and one more thing I have postponed my surgery till Feb because me BMI still isn't low enough.

Yes he had great reviews and that's why I chose him. I will keep my review updates so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle. He probably doesn't care about bad reviews on here because its not going to effect that much. For as bad as I look I feel fortunate after seeing some of the people on here.

Corlin. Do you think i was that ugly before? Omg look at my face does anything about it look normal? Yes I wanted a double chin that people pay to get reid of. And yes I wanted hooded eyes with no lid and yes I only wanted the skin pulled back so it would start sagging in a month. And yes I flew to Costa Rica to have all this done to my face. I stopped ready your post before I was half way. I don't care about your opinion and I don't need schooling on every ones great review because I had read them and that's why I chose him. It didn't turn out well for me SORRY to disappoint you. I have to live like this for a year and before you start criticizing a person maybe you should look at what they are going threw and keep your opinion to yourself.

Dr Arguello has more than a few unhappy patients,including myself!

His reputation is already ruined on here if you ask me.And for anyone who looks up JaQues website about her experience with Dr.A read all the info and LOOK at her pics!My eyes are ruined,neck started to sag pretty much right away and scars behind my ears are bad.So think twice,there are many others that do good PS,including Dr lev,if your intent on going to Costa Rica.

Or,if you just need lower facelift,Dr Harley is excellent

I am very sorry I came off as not very empathetic with your situation, I guess It really unnerved me when I saw your post, I really am so sorry that things didn't work out the way you had hoped for so please forgive me. I would be interested in knowing why you think he did this intentionally do you think he was somehow vindictive to you or was there any reason you can think of? I know you said you didn't read the rest of my post but was just asking for more before pics so I could see more clearly the differences, I really would study them carefully. I certainly want to have as many of the facts as I can because this is an unnerving choice when choosing a plastic surgeon. thanks and once again I'm very sorry

Thank you, I was so angry when I read that. I'm only going to repeat myself to you one more time and if you don't get it that's your problem. Look at my photos from when I had to surgery till now. I had a hart shaped face and in a month it started sagging because he didn't pull the muscles back. He made me a tuff under my chin and asked me how I liked it. It was fine till my face started sagging and now I have a double chin. Look at my pictures of my eyes before and after. He took the skin from my lids and left the fat on top so they are hooded and he has them curving down at the out side and they are smallere. Do you like the scares behind my ears because I was told they don't even do that any more. Do you really think I was that hideous before that you need pictures so you can study them carefully. Apparently you haven't been studying the ones I have up. Hes a reconstructive plastic surgeon and how could he have done this with out trying. You think hes so great go I really don't care and I'm not answering anymore of your questions. You just really [RS bleep] me off

Cor.lin I have a face and necklift by a facial ps who has hundreds of rave reviews posted online but guess what he made a mess out of me and I also think he did it intentionally. Some of these dr's think they are beyond reproach and walk on water and quite often they use companies to regulates and manage their reviews so often they are able to have those negative reviews removed

Oh, one thing though ( more confusing). What plastic surgeon, in their right mind, would intentionally ruin a patient's surgery? Makes no sense to me. Botched it? Maybe, but on purpose ???

There is a facility (I can't remember the name), but he is no longer allowed to do surgeries there anymore. I had my facelift, neck lift, upper and lower lids done in Nov by Dr. Lev and I am so happy with the results. I had heard a lot of negative things about Dr. Arguello. I'm an ER nurse and I did my research for a year before I finally chose Dr. Lev. He's also a wonderful person.

Thanks I would like that information. They do whatever they want and nothing we can do about it but leave review here. I wished there was more we could do but it was so stressful just putting it on here.

Waiting iis the worst part

I seen some of your photos and it make you wonder why they would do such a bad job. Do they get a thrill out of this? It sucks having all the pain and the cost again because they couldn't do it right the first time. I had to go back to work looking like this and it was humiliating so I know what your talking about. My mom died last spring and really don't have to go home for the holidays. I'm not sure how long I can keep hiding out.
