I had my BA done back in June 2015 with Dr. Pham. I was a 34A/B and wanted a full D cup. I went with 400cc mod+ silicone under and my boobies look and feel amazing. It's been about a year and a half and I really want to go bigger!!
When I wear a push up bra, my boobs are HUGE (I love them). But then as soon as I take off my bra and just wear a tank top or shirt, I feel like I went back to a C cup.
I was thinking of going 550-600cc HP silicone under only because I've been reading that you'll really only see a difference if you go up 100-150cc. I also want to see more cleavage and want it a little fuller on top, so I think HP is the way to go. I'm hoping to do my second BA by end of March!!

Hello! I had my BA in June 2016 by Dr. Pham as well. I received 600cc mod+, I'm 5'5 155lbs. I went from a 34A to a 38D. It's definitely a lot bigger however, I still wasn't able to achieve cleavage. Dr. Pham had already told me prior that I wouldn't unless I wear a push up bra (annoying because why would we want to wear a push up bra after paying for surgery lol) but he was right. My breast pockets are naturally far apart so I wouldn't have cleavage when I went big. I also want to let you know, with 600c, they weigh approximately 4-5lbs. So my back has been killing me because of the weight. But other than that, I love it!

When I got my 400cc my back was killing me too but I got used to it eventually. I'm thinking and hoping that because I did my first BA, and slowly going up, it may not be as bad as the first time. Fingers crossed!!! Do you have any pictures by a chance of it healed?

I had the same problem as you! I was 390cc and I was only comfortable in a push up bra. I recently just had mine done again and I did 650cc and I am so incredibly happy with mine! I will send you pictures if you would like

Can you send ur pics so I can see please? I am having my BA on the 25th of this month and I originally picked 560 then went to 520 but I want to be full but not too big. Idk if I should go back to 560 or stay at 520.

I have 550cc HP mentor implants and my boob are almost identical to your pierced nipple pic. I can show you if you want lol good luck girl! I went from a small/deflated B cup after kids to a DDD/F and couldn’t be happier

Okay so my mom didn't approve.... but I told her that I would go to my second BA pre-op consult to get an opinion from Dr. Pham before deciding if I want to do it (I'm trying to slowly ease her into it). I've also uploaded some pictures of my final results for my first BA at 400cc mod+ silicone under.
My right breast looks smaller and that's because it naturally was smaller to begin with but I was scared to add 25cc to that side because I didn't want it to end up being bigger than my left. Silicone implants are in increments of 25ccs. I left it alone, but since I'm going bigger I'm wondering if it will be more noticeable... so maybe I should go 25cc more for my right breast?
