Holy cow it’s almost been four years since my second BA! I’m still debating on downsizing but I’m nervous that it’ll look deflated and sag. I lost a lot of weight and I just look like all boobs and no waist. It’s also very heavy and my back hurts from working 8-10 hours a day standing non stop. Anyone have any experiencing downsizing without a lift? I’m at 750/800cc and planning to go 550/600cc. I posted some pictures to show how big they are. I’m currently 135-140lbs and 5’5”

I think you look great but I'm not enduring your back pain! I would say nothing is more important than your health and well-being. The problem with downsizing is you don't know if it will address your back pain till it's done and that is a lot to go through for a possibility. Have you consulted with a personal trainer? Perhaps some core exercises would help (not saying you need it for appearance as you look beautiful). Good luck.

I think that you look very much in proportion. YOU LOOK GREAT!

FYI, I Did not go large enough and I wish that I would have went larger.

You look amazing! Pretty much a beauty standard that many aim for. I understand your discomfort, but I tend to believe big is better.

Also keep in mind that dropping from 750/800 to 550/600 will a whole whopping 1 pound of weight decrease. Seems like a lot of effort money and recovery for a 1 pound change. Maybe try yoga for back strenghtening?

Am I crazy?

I want to downsize to my original plan... 550/600cc. I definitely had fun enjoying my 750/800cc but now that I’m almost 30, I don’t want people staring at my boobs even just wearing a basic top. I can’t wear crop tops because they don’t fit, they change to a bandeau on me lol. I am beginning to feel a little “frumpy” too. The pic I’m uploading is me with just a sports bra on! Any thoughts on this?

Frumpy how? And is it just the getting stared at that makes you want to change? I’m curious, as I’m about to have a revision done taking me from about 320 to about 600. I’m really scared of going too large. What size bra are you wearing now with your larger implants?

I feel like I'm top heavy and losing my waist because of the size of the implant takes over my top half. It's the getting stared at and I'm all a hairstylist so my back has been in a lot of pain. I think 320 to 600 will be okay. How much do you weigh and how fall are you? I am a size 34DDD or 36DD but I don't even wear bras anymore. They are extremely uncomfortable. Also, looking for things to wear is very hard.

I have 600cc and I’m 5’2 120lbs (gained a bit of weight after surgery because I was 114 the day of surgery). I get what you’re saying about feeling too top heavy because I sometimes feel that way. All in all though I have to say I really enjoy having 600cc though because after nursing three kids I was ready to have bigger perkier boobies. I do hear of women having back pain and although I haven’t had this problem I certainly feel for you, I couldn’t imagine standing all day for work and having that annoying nagging pain. Will they have to do a lift at all if you downsize? Have you seen a surgeon yet? Keep us posted on what you decide! I have lots of pics of my 600cc titties on my page if you want to see how that size turned out.

I am a 575 and I like the size. I can still workout and hike but I wish I would have gone HP not moderate. Next go round 575-600cc HP would be perfect!

Wow time sure flies! It's been 6 months since my second BA surgery and I feel great! Still a little numbness on my right side but that's also the side I went bigger on (800cc). I still get compliments and people saying it looks natural since I'm a little thicker all over. Loving my boobs!!

Not at all and honestly I don't feel big because unless I'm looking in the mirror named they don't look different....I think there's much truth to the, you always kinda wish they were bigger...so I guess it's time to work on myself from the inside
