4 years ago I got a tummy Tuck for my 60th birthday. Even though I'm not thin, i never once have regretted that decision!
At 64 (Dec. 24) my face is not matching the person inside! (29) lol. And just like my tummy tuck, everyone thinks this is ridiculous!
I didnt search for long before Dr. Lev just appeared. An exceptional doctor, and exceptional prices, who could want for more!!
I will be having my surgery Jan 10 and leaving Costa Rica the 24.
The first pic is from about 6 weeks ago. A surprisingly good selfie! (Dim lighting) The next day I took some BAD ones. One guy said...how can you go from THAT....to THAT!!! I just dont post the bad ones!!! Lol. I'm a master of the high angle!!

How are you ?? It's been forever!!! I'm getting a lower lift soon!! Tummy tuck is till Amazing- best decision EVER!! Of coarse going back to Dr. Wojcik- Allentown PA- anyone wanting to look at before and after/ checkout my photos!!

Everyone says I dont need a face lift. So I sent my sister those ugly pics. She said.. quit taking bad angle pics of yourself!!! Lol. Course I WAS trying to look my worst! Morning with puffy eyes!!!! Lol

Lmao. Well yeah after a night of drinking no one looks great. But truthfully I hear what she is saying because you really don’t need a lift. You look fabulous at 60! How I’s like to look when I get there. But i can i understand why you’d want one. I’ve watched videos of face lifts and neck lifts and the results are amazing.

Umm, I do like my drinks when I go out with my friends.YEP, I like to get pleasantly sloshed on occasion. That would be any Occasion I can lol. My friends are all in bands, heck even some of the wives are in bands so we do get together whenever they play in bars and things like that. But, I don't drink at home. There's just something about going out when my friends play their heavy metal music and drinking. They just work together. But I do look worse for the wear in the morning too. NOT a pretty sight.

Hahaha I hear you about FB. The first picture was lovely, really good. The other show a slightly older woman - Not 64, and you are like me without a bunch of wrinkles. I'm getting the saggy skin and my top eyelids are making It hARD TO SEE. LOL. YIKES! But you don't look 64. And now you have a great body to go with your soon To be new face. dAMNED CAPLOCKS

I dont have a reg. Dr. I just have never gone to Drs. So I was desperate to find someone to do bloodwork. First I was trying to find someone who would take my insurance. One place said booked til Feb. Everyone else said they needed a Drs. Order. And didnt accept Drs. out of the country. Finally I found a super nice woman that worked at a Blood Lab. She told me which ones they could do...without Drs. orders!! And reasonable. But couldnt do the HIV text, Ekg, and 1 other. I was on the phone for 2 hours and was DESPERATE!
I decided to CALL Didi. Dr. Levs liason over here. I pressed the # by her name and a Spanish accented woman answered. I said Didi? She said No. I said, could I speak to Didi? She said No. I then heard her mention Dr. Levs office!!!!
OMG!!! I had called Dr. Lev in Costa Rica!!! Yikes!
I was saying... I'm sorry, and next thing I knew, Dr. LEV HIMSELF WAS ON THE PHONE!!! I apologized profusely. Then told him my dilemma. He understood immediately. He said i could get bloodwork there. I said no...I'm flying in at 7:30 the night before i meet him. No time for bloodwork. He said, come in the morning and hed do those 3 tests. Didi said I was suppose to see him at 4. When I was talking to him, he said, You re seeing me at 3? I said, Didi said 4. He replied. Eh, 3...4....

Said hed get ahold of my recovery place and make sure they get me there. I was so relieved, I teared up. I told him...you're gonna make me cry. He said...dont cry.
Now. When in the states do you get to talk to the DOCTOR....and within a min. after you've accidentally called their office!!!
This in itself showed me what a different experience I'm going to have with Dr. LEV....vs. anyone I'd have in the states! 2 hrs on the phone here. 5 min on the phone there.. and everything was taken care off. What a weight taken off my shoulders.
And I cried.

Oh. And since I've been obsessed with my face and wrinkles I started using anti wrinkle serums and creams!!! Lol. Why my skin is more glowing. Been doing it for 3 weeks. Before that I used NOTHING on my face except water. I basically ignored my face. Very little makeup....except lipstick and eyeshadow. I cant live without my lipstick!!!! When I go paddling (I kayak) I HAVE to have my tube stuck in my bra....at ALL TIMES!!!

I've become possesed about washing too, now that I have retin a and miceller water. I can get all the grub off without having water drip down my arms. I can't stand that. Miceller water is the best thing since... well, ever...I get my Retin a from India if you ever want a good place to get it for dirt cheap.

Oh! I love your doctor. How kind of him. I have to say I'm a little jealous I'm not in the doctor LEV group, but, it is what it is and my doctors great. We're all going to be beautiful when this is over. It's nice to talk to peole who are going through the same thing at around the same time so we can voice our thoughts and opinions and yes, even fears with each other.

So true!!! When I had my TT, Talking to everyone beforehand, erased my fears. The one thing I had was dry heaves....that I wasnt expecting...for days. Also, my PS said I could shower the next day!!! Huh? I think I waited a week...and i still FAINTED! So everyone is different!!!

You're right! Everyone is different which is why we share our experiances online with each other. Plastic surgery is no joke man. We have the ability to help each other with our experiances. That's what it is all about for me. Helping each other out.

Cute story! It’s not often that you get to speak to your doctor and not have to deal with staff. My doctor was in the neighborhood and decided to stop by and give me a shot because I was really swollen. I feel so much better today. That’s the difference between American doctors and those outside of the USA.

I have read all of Dr. Lev's reviews. I've learned that he's an expert in his field, and his suturing is very precise, leaving hardly any indication of surgery. He performs only one surgery per day; so, you know when it's your day he's not going to be rushed, tired from performing other surgeries the same day, or preoccupied with other patients scheduled the same day. You can rest assured that his mind is on your procedure only for that day. I hate the way surgeons in the U.S. perform several in a day...I guess it's really all about the $$$ with U.S. doctors. I've also learned that he's very down to earth and will go out of his way to drop in to check on you after your surgery if he feels the need to.

yes for sure... my surgery lasted 5.5 hours... en the afternoon he has fallow up appointment and consultation at the end of the day.... his days are all full for sure

I’ve seen pictures of his result and it looks as if you are in good hands. I’ve seen other results in Costa Rica and it doesn’t not compare to to Dr. Liv’s. I can’t wait to see your results.

I plan on having a facelift in 2021. I wish it weren't so far off...I hope Dr. Lev is not retired then.

Janeplews only made 1 post, and that was to tell me she was having Dr. Lev Jan. 14 and staying at Las Cumbres. She hasn't been back.. *sadness* and Minky is coming from 'across the pond' on the 20th. ANY MORE??

I think Minky is staying with Mercedes. Janeplews, who has only made 1 post, is staying at Las Cumbres same as me....its in the Mts. Rather than in town. But I dont get all the free rides!!! :-(

Yes I am gonna be there.Arriving on the 18th of Jan so you both arrive in Costa Rica before me and will both have had surgery by the time I get there so I will only see the younger versions lol.
