Dr Urzola Explant and FT, HELP NEEDED!!!

After many years of breast implant illness, which has gotten quite severe, I am scheduled for an explant & FT on Jan. 13, with Dr Victor Urzola in Costa Rica. These are 25+ yr old saline implants & 1 is ruptured & has lost considerable volume. I have had a Skype consultation with Dr Urzola 5 days ago, at which time I was informed his secretary would send me the necessary tests required before I arrive there and what I would need to bring. I just emailed his office as I still hadn't received any more info from them to find out what tests I would need to have done before I got there and what supplies I would need. I received an automated email response that the office was closed until January 8th and I'm planning on leaving on the 8th or 9th to fly down there! Can anybody let me know what is required?! (Especially if you have Dr Urzola's requirements) Any help is appreciated!

Hi, I had a full enbloc, explant & fat transfer yesterday, but they had to keep me in the hospital overnight as they couldn't get me up! I was like a rag doll. I told the anesthesiologist beforehand that I was extremely sensitive to chemicals and they had to keep me in overnight because they could wake me up when the implants we're first done. I guess he didn't take me seriously! My implants (300 cc) were not ruptured (even though they were 28 yrs old) but were not saline (as I had requested to have), but were a composite gel.) I am very thin & Dr. Urzola was worried that he couldn't get enough fat, but he managed to get 220cc's, from my back & thighs, so hopefully it'll take. I look really flat right now though but I've read that they'll fluff up in a bit. I am starting with the hyperbaric chamber tomorrow as it's supposed to really help the fat to take. I am so impressed with Dr. Urzola, I would give him 10 stars if I could! He treated me as if I was a much loved family member. He was so caring, compassionate & generous! I have never met a Dr that went to such an extreme to make sure he patient was happy! Sorry if I'm raving, but I just can't recommend him enough! The Hospital Cima which is where I was, was incredible as well! The nurses were so friendly & helpful! Considering what was done, I have had very little pain. It was a great hospital & spotlessly clean! I am so looking forward to having much improved health! Will post pics when I can.

I did lose some fat, & the shape is still a bit wonky. I think I'm a B at this point, but not sized as yet. I have heard that they will "fluff up" a bit, but asked the Dr about it & he says "No"! One nipple is considerably smaller than the other which has me upset, but doesn't show too well in the pics. Has anybody else had that happen and have them equal out in size? Can I ask still expect to 'fluff up' as so many people have mentioned?
