Please read I didn't just have VOLUMA® *I HAVE HAD A LOT OF BOTOX AND THAN JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC, JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC, RESTYLANE, AND MY PERSONAL FAVORITE/THE FILLER I HAVE THE MOST OF.... VOLUMA®* I also paid for this all myself. No one helped me this is my own money. The most filler in my face is VOLUMA®.
I was alway's obsessed with plastic surgery growing up and knew at one point I would have the face I dreamed of having via plastic surgery/cosmetic surgery. I never thought the journey would start at 18 which is pretty early. Prevention is key! I have been lurking on realself since I was 13/14. I never thought I would get filler's or botox. I wanted a nose job for year's (but I never had a ugly nose, just a stupid thought), and am so glad I didn't do that. Facial volume is so much more important.
I have uploaded UNEDITED before picture's as well as UNEDITED after photo's. Pay attention to the caption's as it will explain what I had done at the moment of the picture taken. My face changes all the time lol so date's are important. Oh I also get regular Hydrafacial's, extraction's, and use ZO Skin Health. I also get laser hair removal on my neck/face. My skin has drastically cleared up, and that in return made my confidence go up as well.
Getting Filler, Botox, Laser Hair Removal and clearer skin has changed my life in a very positive way. I don't want to share my photo's but I must because maybe there is someone out there who this will help. Thing's get better trust me, and I never realized how much look's matter until I started this journey as well.

Youre fillers look SO good. Not over done in the slightest.
Question on your acne, it seems practically gone in the last photos.
What did you find made the most difference in clearing it?
I really appreciate your comments on looks and confidence! My acne got really bad 6 months ago and is now settling down but left me with some crappy texture and hyperpigmentation. Im getting fillers to help distract me from it! I also heard getting volume in your cheeks can smooth out the texture too. Did you notice that?

All the best :)

Hey Emily! Thank you so much! I appreciate it a lot.

Usually I will do a chemical peel to myself a few day's before I get my Hydrafacial. Fresh/Peeling skin and a hydrafacial is the best thing in the world and get the most bang for your buck. My skin can handle it. I alway's a week before Filler/Botox/Laser Hair Removal get a Hydrafacial and extraction's done to my face. Laser hair removal before getting my injection's is as well one of the reason's my skin is clearer.

As well as my dedication to using Zo Skin Health and the skin care plan the plastic surgeon wrote out for me using their product's. I have been hooked it's amazing. I don't use any other beauty product's but Zo Skin Health and one other secret.... this is a huge tip with totally clearing your skin up and saving hella of your money.

First some important information: Over the counter acne treatment's containing Salicylic Acid is only sold at 2% in store's/shop's etc. They are not allowed to sell over 2%. Any store you go to, over the counter product's just anything containing Salicylic Acid FOR ACNE TREATMENT it will never be over 2 %. This is only pertaining to acne treatment's. I find it ridiculous because it is SO ineffective at that strength and companies know it too. Money hungry that's what it come's down too. You'll never encounter Salicylic Acid acne treatment's for personal use for acne more than 2%.

Salicylic Acid is such a effective acne treatment. The reason I brought this up and all the info is because granted the Zo Skin Health Salicylic Acid pads are superior to any other acne pads I have ever tried, they are very good but it was just so damn expensive like 60$ for a month supply. Everything else from ZO Skin Health last's forever and is worth the price you pay, that to me was not.

I found an amazing homemade skincare brand by really researching. She is on multiple site's but I buy her product's on eBay and it's Hyun7. Her brand is dreaming natural beauty. I use the 15% Salicylic Acid Treatment it is absolutely fabulous. I put it on cotton pad and use it all over my face and neck anywhere it clear's anything up and it even's out your skin too.

I use her product's and Zo Skin Health in sync with each other. I replaced a few Zo Skin Health products I felt were not superior to her product's. I saved a lot by switching out and using Zo and Hyun7 together. I also got clearer skin but doing so.

I swear its more that was being lenient. I am going to update this review as I have had even more done to my face. Fillers are better than implant's 100%. You pay for what you get. I think that there is some permanent effects in my situation since my skin is so expanded by all the filler it so for sure made its own collagen. I want to do this for a living, attending school to become a nurse practitioner.

semi-permanent is what I meant I apologize. maybe permanent I don't know, its HA filler it isn't permanent but at some point collagen has a lot to do with it.

How long would you say voluma has lasted for you on your cheeks? I'm also thinking about getting voluma on the hollow of my cheeks buy I've read mixed reviews on how long lasting it is.

You need to do it the way I did. I am 1 years 7 months in and its never ever gone down. I get touch ups all the time. My results look they way they do because I have built up all my filler so much. I also go to a professional and has a high skill set which I highly recommend or your loosing money. It's a process and takes a long time to accomplish results like mine. I absolutely love my look. Some people don't do research and don't realize one syringe won't last that long. Things need to be built up. There are many factors. The most important is the injector you go to. That right there is the most important part for longer filler. Injection technique, metabolism, immune system there are many many factors. My filler has lasted and I even asked my boyfriend he said it has never gone down. But I am always getting more.

Feb 2016 (Pre-Filler/Botox/Laser Hair Removal) to April 2017 (Voluma, Juvederm Ultra, Volbella (1 time), Restylane (1 time), and lot's of Botox)

Side to Side view! A lot of Voluma, and Botox have been used to create these result's. This took time and I would have to say it took a literal year (March 1st, 2016 to April 27th, 2017) to get the face I have alway's wanted. Building it up is the key. I HAVE NEVER BEEN OVERDONE NOR DISAPPOINTED WITH HOW I LOOKED AFTER INJECTION'S. Syringe's were alway's conserved and used properly. Syringe's of HA filler were alway's used in more than one place on my face each session. Voluma alway's diluted with Saline before going anywhere BESIDE'S my cheek's/chin/and nose. 10 separate time's I had injection session's from March, 2016 to April, 2017. These session's alway's involved at least a syringe of VOLUMA® and Botox. Again I have a lot of filler/botox for a 19 year old. I started at 18 year's old. I have no regret's.

The most recent change I have done is VOLUMA® in my Nose as of April 26th, 2017. Everything else that appointment was touch up's.

What has been done since March 1st, 2016:

1) VOLUMA® in Cheek's
2) VOLUMA® in Chin
3) VOLUMA® in Nose
4) VOLUMA® diluted and put into lip's. (I love it so much more than any other HA filler that had been used in my lip's. This is my preference for my lip's by far.)
5) Botox into Masseter muscle (lot's and lot's for a V shape face)
6) Botox Full Forehead/Brow Lift
7) Botox into 11's
8) Botox around eye's
9) Restylane® tear through's and a little in lip's *Only 1 syringe is in my face, used only once*
10) JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC tear through's
11) JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC folds
12) JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC lips
*10, 11, and 12 are all the same syringe, 1 syringe is in my face total, only used JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC once*
13) VOLUMA® diluted and put into nasolabial folds
14) JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC lips
15) JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC Cheek's
16) Lastly Laser Hair Removal, Hydrafacial's, Retin-a (been using for year's before filler), and Zo Skin Health

****Volbella and Restylane I only used once****

Everything else has been used multiple time's.

you look very young and handsome!! Voluma is a huge filler and it does swell while under the skin. If you get a sunburn it can be a serious problem for your face with all that swelling on and underneath the skin. i wouldnt get anymore filler. I think you look fine the way you do. every one has nasolabial folds. i think your folds were very beautiful and didnt need filler. you can always get hyaluronidase injections if the filler is too much for you.

Thank you very much! I avoid the sun and am a religious sun screen user! Getting my nasolabial folds filled has made me look so much younger that my Fake ID doesn't work anymore lol

I will never get hyaluronidase injections! haha I love my Voluma. It is by far my favorite filler.

thank you very much!

Thank you!! If you are in California I highly recommend Alice Tung she currently works at Bay Area Aesthetic Surgery. I moved to New York City in October and I literally fly back just to see her. I now don't need anymore filler, but I will continue to go to her for Botox too. An aesthetic eye is SO important. Too many people get messed up not doing research, and going to money hungry injectors who don't care about the outcome. Good luck!

Again this is what I have had done since March 1st, 2016 at 18 year's old. I am now 19 year's old. It was a process. 10 separate time's I had injection session's from March, 2016 to April, 2017.
1) VOLUMA® in Cheek's
2) VOLUMA® in Chin and area's around chin.
3) VOLUMA® in Nose
4) VOLUMA® diluted and put into lip's. (I love it so much more than any other HA filler that had been used in my lip's. This is my preference for my lip's.)
5) Botox into Masseter muscle (lot's and lot's for a V shape jawline/face)
6) Botox Full Forehead and Brow Lift
7) Botox into 11's
8) Botox around eye's
9) Restylane® tear through's and a little in lip's *Only 1 syringe is in my face, used only once*
10) JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC tear through's
11) JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC folds
12) JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC lips
*10, 11, and 12 are all the same syringe, 1 syringe is in my face total, only used JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® XC once*
13) VOLUMA® diluted and put into nasolabial folds
14) JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC lips
15) JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC Cheek's
16) Lastly Laser Hair Removal, Hydrafacial's, Retin-a (been using for year's before filler), and Zo Skin Health
Total Syringe's of Filler:
VOLUMA® - 11 - 13 syringe's I am not sure of the exact amount. Used everywhere but in my tear through's. ***When Voluma was not used in CHEEK'S, NOSE, AND CHIN.... it was diluted with Saline*** DO NOT GET VOLUMA IN YOUR TEAR THROUGH'S DO YOUR RESEARCH.
JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC - 5 syringe's
JUVÉDERM VOLBELLA® - 1 syringe
RESTYLANE- 1 syringe
Total Botox:
400+ unit's. I am not sure of the full amount. Masseter use's a lot of Botox unlike the facial muscle's. 11's, eye wrinkle's and forehead are completely frozen and that is how I like it. I prefer the frozen Botox face, I chose to have that, and have had no problem's I STILL LOOK NATURAL.
Alice keeps thing's so natural no one ever know's I have work done. I told her to freeze my face with Botox, BUT when it come's to filler we keep it 100% natural, never overdone, and she is a literal ARTIST with the needle and HA filler.
Moral of the story: You get what you pay for. Do your research. Find someone you can trust. Build a professional relationship with them. Never go to someone who relies on hyaluronidase, ever.
I never saw any of Alice's before or after photo's. I didn't know anything about her. Hell, I was even nervous to go to a new person because I was getting friendly with the one before! I wanted to build a relationship with my injector so to lose the one I was going to before I was nervous. It was a blessing in disguise, and I am SO lucky that my injector left the practice I was going too, and was replaced with Alice Tung. I only had 20 Unit's of Botox into my 11's, 3 syringe's of Voluma between both cheek's, and 2 Syringe's of Juvederm Ultra XC into my lip's at the time of meeting her. I never expected such a HUGE change when I went to Alice. She completely changed my face into what I have alway's dreamed of just with just HA Filler and Botox.
I have NEVER HAD ANYTHING GO WRONG, uncomfortable or been unhappy with my result's. Botox never dropped or moved to another muscle, filler was never overdone, I have nothing but positive thing's to say. On a percentage scale I am 100% satisfied, happy and forever grateful for meeting Alice.

Forget how you look for awhile. It's way too obsessive. Find something that has meaning in your life. $20,000 on fillers at your age? Alice Tung should think twice before injecting 19 yr olds, if that's really your age, with so much filler. You look fine both before and after.

Yeah I am really 19... born 1997. I look fab after unlike before. and I have found something that has meaning in my life and this is it, and I am going to go to school to become a nurse practioner so I can do this to other's as well.. Thanks for your condescending comment.

I'm curious, do you know how long each filler actually lasted? I have down volume before and it only lasted 8 months. Botox only lasts 6 weeks on me. I simply can not afford it at this pace. Also, I have acne and have tried a number of different things- the smallest amount of Retin A just makes me peel too much and I can not apply makeup. I am interested in what chemical Peel you so at home. Is it expensive? Can I leave the house afterwards? Btw, love the fuller brow look!!

Hi! This may be a tad hard for me to answer. Because if you can tell I got a lot of it over a period of time. The longest break was 2 1/2 months from Botox and filler that's it. If you had only a syringe in each cheek, and never did any more touch ups I could see it lasting 8 months. I feel you have to have a few syringes to make it last the 2 years they say, and I really think it can last longer. The more the longer it lasts. Just like people with the lips they get one syringe and think the journey is over. It is not and it requires time, money and patience. I am the least patient person. Regarding the filler in my opinion the stretching and expanding of the skin and all has got to create collagen. The vycross technology is supposed to help with that. Botox at the beginning when I only had it in my 11's lasted about 6 weeks and still had some effect but I got it touched up at 2 months. Ever since I have gotten Botox at every appointment. There are times when I don't even need it in certain areas and we don't do so. Like with my eyes recently we only use a dot of Botox that's how little I need. Some areas last longer, such as jaw and eye's. The 11's in my opinion are the ones that I have had the most Botox in besides Masseter muscle. I like the 11's frozen I don't care for movement. There have been times I have gone back and she wouldn't do my 11's because it wasn't necessary but that was after at least 9 months of getting Botox, and filler continuously. Regarding Retina and Chemical Perls. Zo Skin Health, this woman on eBay, chemical peels, retin-a, and hydrafacials is what my skin care consists of. You have to stick through it. I know it's hard but this is what I am preaching on here. You have to keep going once you start retin-a you can't stop. Once you start Botox and filler you can't stop that's what prevents the best results you can get. Stopping and not touching up or following through causes not good results. You have to understand there are times I still I peel so badly I get insecure and can't leave my apartment because I am peeling so badly. Just like the chemical peel the first day is fine but afterwards I can't go out for a few days. I put sunscreen on and it makes it so much worse. Sometimes still with the retin-a I will peel so much. I am also forced to take breaks from it because of laser and my skin gets horrid for a little bit. So I won't leave my apartment at all because of the peeling, it gets too bad. If it's mild it's ok but I have never stopped peeling. The chemical peel I use it is not expensive, and I have tried many and it is the most convenient to me. Thank you so much for the compliments I really appreciate it I hope I helped. I will mention all the skin care things I recommend and the names under the comment.
