Hi All,
As my swelling took a while to subside, I am not as happy with the final result. Although I still feel much more comfortable with the look of my nose now in comparison from what it was. My nose has more structure but there are some asymmetries that I have have concerns about. Once I receive a response from Dr.Kim I will send out an update along with pictures.
I hope all of you are doing well and I finding trusting doctors to fix/support your concerns.

One Month - POST OP

I am so happy with the result. I haven't posted pictures yet because the swelling is a bit uneven but I will be sure to post this weekend. I did not want to keep putting off writing an update for all of you.
I can't say enough great things about my experience and recovery. My bruising was minimal and the swelling has been a bit of a waiting game... it changes everyday - but in a great way.
I would make this decision over and over again. The day he took of my cast.. I cried because I knew he changed my life. Honestly... those were my last words to him before I went under the knife. I told him... " you know you are going to change my life, right?"
=] He is so humble and so sweet. Great guy... amazing doctor.

How is your breathing?
I've been looking into Kim for my primary. I just want a bump removed so I would say it will be pretty easy hopefully. Looking forward to seeing your resultsn
I'm so happy to hear that you are content with your result, it really gives me hope. Like I mentioned previously, I have been considering Kim for my revision for the longest time. I have been holding back due to financial situations and I was also debating whether I should go with Dr. Mehta. I will be going back to Kim because I feel very confident that he will give me a beautiful result since he is the most qualified in the bay area. I also want to add that I am so happy I stumbled across your post because I feel that we shared the same problems and I am looking forward to seeing your postop pictures. Well, thank you. Primarily, I wanted to improve my breathing and functionality and last but absolutely not least .... my looks. I felt like my was too pinched and small for my face and one side of my lateral wall did collapse due to my last surgery. I still have my cast on my nose so I did not see the final result yet. But, I can proudly say I was able to breathe freely and smell yesterday (5 days Post Op).
I hope to give you even better news when my cast actually comes off. =] I will keep you posted.

Wow I love the proposed afters especially the undershot where you can see correction to your lateral alars. I am so excited for you, I really loved Dr Kim during my consults.

I read over your review and pictures and we have about the same issues with our noses. I have consulted with Dr. Kim, Dr. Mehta, and Dr. Most and out of those 3 I'm leaning more towards Kim because of his credentials and aesthetics. Like you mentioned previously his approach is conservative and that's what I like. I wish he could have been my primary surgeon but oh well. I'm really looking forward to you result maybe then I can finally make my decision. Please keep us posted. Reviews are very informative and helpful to people who are looking for great doctors. Hope all is well... a bit concerned that you have not updated being that surgery was a while ago, but hopeful this is due to you simply allowing yourself time to heal.
You haven't written an update in a while...I hope it's because you're too happy with your new nose! And I hope the recovery process is going well :D
