Lost over 250 pounds, needed a lot of excess skin removed! I was uneasy, not sure what to expect. Once I met Dr Miranda and his staff I was quickly made to feel at ease about the procedure. He is through in explaining what he could do and what was best for me, reasonable expectations, and also being honest about the pro's and cons. (The con, I would be trading excess skin for scars), I am 6 months post surgery and I have to say that the scars are barely visible! I am so happy I did this.

Dr Miranda and his staff are amazing. He is patient in explaining the procedure. His pre and post op care is excellent. I was quite impressed that he would not proceed with the procedure until I had numerous tests done to make sure it would harm my overall health., I really felt he had put my best interest before anything else and that was my deciding factor to proceed forward. I have since trusted Dr Miranda to remove excess skin on my legs and thighs also with excellent results. He is a fantastic surgeon, professional, and truly kind and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Miranda and his staff to anyone considering procedures in plastic surgery.
