Exceptional Surgeon - Beautiful Results!

WORTH IT
Dr. Culbertson performed my breast lift with implants (230cc, silicone low profile) back in late Feb '18. I'd had consults with two other well-regarded plastic surgeons in the SF Bay Area, but Dr. Culbertson was the only one who seemed to genuinely care, and who took the time to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed at all, and when I emailed him after my consult with some questions I had, his reply was thorough, intelligent, and thoughtful.

My story: I had suffered from pretty severe breast ptosis (sag) my whole adult life, even before I had my four kids. My breasts were large, but without an expensive and hardcore 'engineered' underwire bra, I sagged terribly.

It's been about 3.5 months post-surgery, and my breasts look incredible! Finally, my shape both in AND out of a bra is beautiful. Honestly, I wouldn't have thought it possible to look as good as I do, especially considering how my breasts were beforehand.

For me, this has been life-changing, and I am so happy I chose Dr. Culbertson. He is an exceptional and gifted surgeon who delivers stunning results; I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Thanks for sharing your story! I also had a BL/BA with implants in the low 200s. There seem to be very few of us here with smaller implants. I look forward to hearing more details and seeing before/after pics if you feel comfortable sharing them. Happy healing! :-)

Hi! I'm scheduled for surgery next month and I'm also receiving implants in the 200's. I'm a saggy 36D now. I'm nervous I will end up with smaller breasts than I would like.
What size did you end up being?

I'm slightly bigger... about a cup size, I'd say. Was a 32DD before, now a 32DDD. Hope this helps!

Still loving my new breasts

Wanted to update with photos. I was a little on the fence about posting them, but then I remembered how incredibly helpful other women's pictures were to me when I was deciding whether or not to have the surgery. This is my way of giving back to this wonderful and supportive community.
I am posting a few photos: what my breasts looked like before the surgery; about a week after the surgery; and then a few photos over the next months (1 month post-op; 2 months post-op; 3 months post-op; 5 months post-op; and 8-1/2 months post-op). For reference, I had my surgery at the end of Feb '18; the last photo in this series is from Nov '18.
I also wanted to share these pictures so women can see my progression. Dr. Culbertson warned me that my breasts would look kind of boxy and square at first, but assured me that the shape would not be my final result. It was a little disconcerting to see my boobs immediately after the surgery; they were swollen (especially my left breast) and bruised and indeed pretty boxy-looking. However, as can be seen from my last photo, they have relaxed into such a beautiful and pleasing shape. My scars are also healing very nicely.
Lastly, I did have a small revision (in-office, local anesthesia) in early Oct 18. This was to correct small 'dog ears' (you can see them in a few of the progression photos - check cleavage area), and also to correct a nipple size discrepancy. The last photo in the series shows my breasts post-revision.
As I mentioned in my review, I am thrilled with my result thus far. (My final result, in terms of scars and shape, won't be until about a year post-surgery. - I will try to post a photo then.) I highly recommend Dr. Culbertson!

We'll, it's been almost one year... I had my surgery in late February 2018 and it's February 16th 2019 today. Extremely happy with my results! To re-cap, I received a breast lift with 230cc low profile silicone implants. I asked for beautiful, natural-looking breasts, and that is what I got. :) One year out, I can honestly say that getting this surgery was one of the best decisions I've made, and I am so glad I chose Dr. Culbertson. He did an amazing job.
