Nurses
The nurses here have been nothing but amazing to me. Since day one they have always been going above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I can't wait to come back and get more done here! I really feel like more than just a patient to them.
Garment
After your surgery they have you wear a compression garment, the first week it is a little uncomfortable, now after my 2 week mark it is finally starting to get more comfortable. It's getting a little too big also! I think I'm going to buy a smaller size so I can have two :)
From consult to procedure
I would like to say that from entry to exit this staff is amazing. The customer service was excellent. All smiles and positive vibes from front desk, finance, LVN, RN and DR. Everything step was explained clearly and precisely. There was no question left unanswered. I really appreciate the feeling of not just being just another patient more like a part of a new family.
