Stubborn Saddlebags Are Gone

I had my hips, outer and inner thighs done. I am 13 days out from my procedure writing this and I can see a big difference and I’m still pretty swollen. Mostly in my inner thighs and bit on my outer too. My hips are sore as well but not as swollen but very little was taken out of there. I will update again at one month

Laser Lipo/Body Countouring

I am so excited about my results with my laser lipo procedure. I had fat removed form my upper and lower abdomen, side flanks (waist), lower back, bra roll, and upper hip area (to get rid of those hip dips). I’m almost 6 weeks post op. My results fluctuate because I’m still early in the healing process. It’s said that optimal results are seen between 2 and 6 months. I notice that I experience more swelling when I don’t drink enough water. I have started back with some light biking
