Stubborn Saddlebags Are Gone

I had my hips, outer and inner thighs done. I am 13 days out from my procedure writing this and I can see a big difference and I’m still pretty swollen. Mostly in my inner thighs and bit on my outer too. My hips are sore as well but not as swollen but very little was taken out of there. I will update again at one month

Laser Lipo/Body Countouring

I am so excited about my results with my laser lipo procedure. I had fat removed form my upper and lower abdomen, side flanks (waist), lower back, bra roll, and upper hip area (to get rid of those hip dips). I’m almost 6 weeks post op. My results fluctuate because I’m still early in the healing process. It’s said that optimal results are seen between 2 and 6 months. I notice that I experience more swelling when I don’t drink enough water. I have started back with some light biking and hiking. I try to eat right, but must admit that I’ve slipped a few times (especially when tequila is involved. Lol). The first week after my procedure, I had lost 1 inch under my rib cage, 2 inches in my waist, and 3 inches in my hips. I’m super excited with my results and this procedure was DEFINITELY worth it. Plus Sono Bello was absolutely phenomenal with their customer service. That’s just as important to me as the actual procedure.

Dr. Guttikonda is Amazing

My experience with Sono Bello was and is one of the best choices I have made for myself, I would definitely recommend Sono Bello. The staff has been great. I'm so happy with the results. The procedure was painless and quick! Thank you Dr Guttikonda!! Updated on 22 Sep 2018: Staff was very friendly and reassuring. Dr. G did an excellent job taking time to answer all of my questions. My consultant was very helpful. I am two weeks post-op and still healing so more details about more success to come! Updated on 26 Sep 2018: Now that I'm about 2 weeks post-op, I can say the procedure was worth the pain. I'm already starting to see a difference! My bruising is almost gone. Just remember the first week is the most painful but it's all worth it! Updated on 27 Sep 2018: I would like to say that from entry to exit this staff is amazing. The customer service was excellent. All smiles and positive vibes from front desk, finance, LVN, RN and DR. Everything step was explained clearly and precisely. There was no question left unanswered. I really appreciate the feeling of not just being just another patient more like a part of a new family. You can feel the positive vibes and energy through everyone you come in contact with. I have already recommended others come to Sono Bello. I love love the outcome so fa! Thank you Updated on 28 Sep 2018: After your surgery they have you wear a compression garment, the first week it is a little uncomfortable, now after my 2 week mark it is finally starting to get more comfortable. It's getting a little too big also! I think I'm going to buy a smaller size so I can have two :) Updated on 29 Sep 2018: The nurses here have been nothing but amazing to me. Since day one they have always been going above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I can't wait to come back and get more done here! I really feel like more than just a patient to them.

Treat Yourself

Excellent experience, always professional, positive, and friendly. The staff is super supportive. Sono Bello really knows me and my needs. I can trust the staff and the doctors and I feel comfortable enough as s client to ask them anything, about a procedure or treatment, past or present. Currently, I am getting Venus Legacy treatments, a non-invasive skin improvement procedure. Venus treatments tend to various parts of the body to reduce cellulite and improve the appearance of the skin using warm radio waves massaged over an area with a warm hand held wand. . The treatment itself is very relaxing. It is much like a spa treatment. Sono Bello offers something for everyone. I did not choose Sono Bello to make myself over. I chose Sono Bello to treat myself to what I deserve. Updated on 19 Sep 2018: I am enjoying my self care with Venus and Sono Bello makes it easy. Just walking in the door is relaxing. Love the staf and the personal attention. I a m seeing a difference with the weekly treatments. The non invasive treatment encourages collagen growth and it is like a meditation for me. Updated on 24 Sep 2018: I just referred a friend to Sono Bello and of course, she was impressed. She texted me right away after her consult and loved the professionalism and personalized care. She said to me, “ You feel like you’re the only one there!” I told you!! So now, this friend is having her treatment done the first part of October! She texted me again and I quote, “I’m so excited!” Updated on 25 Sep 2018: I used to think cosmetic surgery was only for the rich or the vain, not so. It is for anyone who wants to maximize their looks and feel better. For me it was not a hasty decision but one made with realistic expectations. I take good care of myself and my decision to have the lift (mini face lift) was only to compliment my efforts. I am so glad I did it. I am not trying to look like I am 35. My goal was to look like an awesome 55 year old. It worked. Updated on 1 Oct 2018: So I just referred another friend to Sono Bello. He called because he’s see my results and is motivated to make a change for himself. Also, the other friend who is having her procedure done is a mutual friend and he was further moved by our confidence in Sono Bello. I was looking at photos before my lift and wow! I had forgotten the difference it made, drastic, but not extreme. Completely natural.

Dr. Chung is the best as well as his staff

I am extremely satisfied with my results, and with Dr. Chung and his staff. From the moment I walked in to my consultation to my pre-op and surgery. I cannot express how friendly and informative they are. Dr. Chung answered all my questions and concerns, my fears. He gave me great advice even for after my procedure. He is truly and amazing Doctor. I would recommend him and this office to anyone who is thinking about body contour. Dr. Chung has given me-I feel- a second chance with my new look. I Greatly appreciate his skills.

Sono Bello Experience = Exceptional - San Diego, CA

My experience at Sono Bello really was exceptional. The professionalism, courtesy, and most importantly the results. My doctor did such an excellent job of reshaping my abdomen and waist. His "aggressive" approach to removing fat and producing collagen was exactly what I needed for my loose fatty skin. The smooth sculpted shape I have now seemed impossible to me with just liposuction but now that they employ the laser technology along with it, my dreams for my results have come true. The ONLY reason why I did not give 5 stars is because in hindsight I wish I had been given a checklist to follow post-op. A step by step guide of when to start using the Arnica cream; when I could switch to Ibuprofen to reduce the swelling; etc. I found that my memory was not sufficient and I became confused.

57 Year Old 7 Children - San Diego, CA

Great experience from consult to 1week post procedure. I was botched by Beverly Hills Physcians in Temecula, CA and Sono Bello re- sculpture my body to the way I wanted it to be. I was not looking for my twenty year old body, just wanted my clothes to fit neater. But I look great! Love Sono Bello. .

31 Years Old, Liposuction, San Diego, CA

Hello....so after over a year of contemplating having something done...today I pulled the trigger! I am 31 years old and never had a weight issue until after the birth of my son. He is 5 years old and I literally still look pregnant....the weight didn't come off as easily as expected and I'm tired of being unhappy with how I look. I researched getting a mommy makeover, but frankly do not have the time available to take off work, or the support system to help take care of me and my son. So today I went to a consultation at SonoBello and scheduled my liposuction to take place April 15th. The staff was very nice and the facility is beautiful. I did not fell pressured or rushed, all my questions were answered. It is more expensive than I thought (I figured around 5,000 or so), but the before and after pictures of women who have similar body types to mine, is what really sold me. I scheduled my pre-op appointment, procedure and post-op appointment. I'm excited and nervous......I know I will get more nervous as we get closer, but for the time being I am just going to be happy dreaming about my soon-to-be new and improved body =) Updated on 9 Apr 2016: Today I had my pre-op appointment.....I am really nervous and my blood pressure reading proved that. The nurse took my before pictures and the doctor went over my body and where the incisions will be. I have a couple prescriptions to fill for nausea, antibiotics and Norco for the pain after......which, Norco doesn't really do much for me so I'm a tad nervous that won't be enough. The doctor is concerned my blood pressure might be too high the day of....so she recommended me to stop drinking caffeine and to do things that relax me. That would be a huge bummer if I end up having to cancel because of my blood pressure.......so I'm taking her advice seriously since I know the day of, I will be a nervous wreck! Friday is the big day.....hopefully I will feel up to posting my experience that day...... Updated on 15 Apr 2016: Today was the big day! My procedure was at noon.....all they gave me was a Percocet and a Xanax before, which didn't really do much. However, I didn't feel them make the incisions at all.....the numbing fluid felt a little funny but not bad at all! I was supposed to have my upper & lower abs, waist and back bra roll done but they reached the maximum numbing fluid they could safely use so I have to go back for my back bra roll. Now that I know it is very minimal pain, I'm not scared or upset at all that I have to go back. I'm full of fluid and not allowed to take my compression garments off until I shower tomorrow, so I will take pics then......for now, I will upload the pics I took this morning before I left for my appointment. I'm in pain, but not a pain I can't handle. My abs are definitely more sore than my waist and when Dr. Chen called to check on me she said they took a LOT of fat from my abs so that is expected but that tonight will be the worst. I'm beyond excited to see my results over the next couple of months. I have already started eating more healthy the last 2 weeks and am going to stick to it in efforts to get my pre-baby body back! Updated on 16 Apr 2016: Woke up in pain......but again, not a pain I can't handle. It's dull in some areas, sharp in others and sore all over. My draining hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. Even with the compression garment on, I can tell I'm swollen quite a bit. I'm looking forward to my shower later today because I will will finally get to see my stomach :) my husband has already said he can tell there is a big difference despite the swelling and garment. My doctor said she took a little over 6 pounds of pure fat which makes me very excited!! And to think even more will come off when I go back to have my back bra roll done! Updated on 16 Apr 2016: Finally I was able to take everything off and shower! I took some pics but can't really see a difference from my before pics, however, I can tell a big difference in person! I kind of look like what I used to look like when sucking in.....but I'm not sucking in, lol. My husband wasn't very excited about what he saw. I tried to explain the swelling to him but I think he will have to see it to believe it. I could tell additional swelling happened while I had the garment off to wash it....it was really hard to get back on. I also didn't realize how much it helps with the pain, I was in quite a bit of pain with it off, but just sore feeling now with it back on. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to the swelling to go down so I can see the real results!! Updated on 17 Apr 2016: They scheduled my back bra roll for Friday, May 6th. It will be nice to have everything done. Also, even though they said I can sleep however I want (I'm a stomach sleeper) it's been too painful to sleep on my stomach or sides. I'm assuming my pain from the first surgery will be gone or very minimal by then so I should be able to easily sleep on my stomach after the bra roll lipo. Updated on 18 Apr 2016: I'm sure my incisions are healing, which is why they are itchy......but having this garment on and not being able to scratch is driving me bonkers!! Lol I'm 3 days post op and no longer taking pain meds.....pain is still there, but minimal. Sitting is uncomfortable because my lower tummy is the most sore and when sitting it feels like that is where all the pressure is. Laying or standing there is very minimal pain. I have been receiving daily emails from my doctor and today's said that because of swelling I can look the same or bigger than before surgery and that this is normal. Well I actually look slightly smaller than before surgery, so that makes me happy........still anxious to see a big difference.....but I guess I have to wait........ Updated on 19 Apr 2016: Itching has gone down.......swelling has stayed about the same. I'm down 1 pound on the scale, but know they took over 6 pounds of fat.......I'm eating healthy and honestly don't have much of an appetite. I was able to sleep on my side while hugging a pillow last night. Pain is slowly going down, changing positions is when I feel the most pain, when I sit or lay still there is no pain. I had my first bowel movement this morning and it was very uneventful, barely anything came out and I'm feeling really bloated so hopefully today I have more relief. I go back to work tomorrow and I feel ready. Updated on 22 Apr 2016: I'm 1 week post op today and I'm starting to get frustrated with the swelling. I'm only seeing a minor difference in my stomach, I know the swelling takes time to go down.....but I thought I would see more of a difference by now. I'm trying to be patient but the more days that pass, the harder it gets :( I have my first post op appointment tomorrow so we'll see what the doctor says......I also have one incision that doesn't want to heal. 4 of them look great and are barely noticeable while 1 stubborn one wants to stay open....errrrrrr........
