Dr Hilinski gave me my smile back!

UPDATED FROM kamired

Before and after pictures

These are my before and after pictures. In my before you can see how I had problems with intermittent swelling and it was painful. After I have no swelling ever, no pains, and I love my smile. There is zero scaring and I do not have any tightness when I smile.

Thank you so much for the pics, your lips look beautiful. I can’t wait to fix mines.
Thank you and good luck. It took me a while to find a surgeon who had experience with this but I'm so happy I got it done!
I need this done. Can you share how much it cost?
Hi it was approximately $1800.00.

Dr Hilinski Gave Me my Smile Back!

Dr Hilinski gave me my smile back. I had permanent filler put in 13 years ago that had shifted and my lips were not symmetrical and I felt they were ugly. I didn't like to smile and didn't want my picture taken. After Dr. Hilinski removed the filler I love my smile and let people take my picture again! I couldn't believe the difference in how my lips and face looked. There was minimal swelling and recovery time! I wish I had done it sooner!

Any before and after pics? How is the recovery going with you? I’ve had silicon injections in my lips years ago and I want to get a lip reduction soon. Please tell me about it and post pics.. thank you
I have added pictures now.
How thick is the scar tissue for the scar? I know they put it inside your lip, but I'm just wondering how thick?
The scar is about the width of a string. It is only raised slightly in some areas where there is a residual micro layer of acrylamide but that is almost completely gone. In some areas it is a little white but it is fading to pink. The only time I can see it is if I roll my lip completely back. It doesn't rub on my teeth or get irritated. At first it was a little tight as it was healing but all of that is gone. Hope this helps.
Hey just one more question: so you’re saying on the inside of your lip there is only about a thin line of scar tissue as thick as sewing thread? Sorry for the questions just want to make sure!
Yes on the inside it's really small you can't see it when I smile or anything. I literally have to take my fingers and roll my lip up to see it. I describe it as sewing thread size because I can't think of anything else lol! It isn't along my entire lip because he only cut out the pieces where the filler was so like the middle of my lip and about a couple centimeters on the left side he didn't cut into because there was no filler there. Ask as many questions as you want that's why I posted this. This is fairly uncommon and when I was looking I couldn't find very much info let alone pictures so I'm happy to help.
I had fillers , 4 surgeries to get a few lumps out , then try to fix the tightness and numbness , 2 surgeons and still have fillers in my lip , tightness and numbness . And now trying to find another surgeon to hopefully fix my upper lip . Where is your dr from ?
