Dr. Hilinski and he has been absolutely amazing. He has spent a considerable amount of time with me post surgery with regular follow up visits to make sure the results were as good as it could possibly be. I am grateful to have found a doctor with his level of skill, care and commitment. This was the only Doctor I went to that actually does his own digital imaging to give you a realistic expectation of what you will look like post surgery. Every other place I went to had an assistant do this with no knowledge of what was actually visually and functionally appropriate. He is also one of the only docs who will post front facing profile photos instead of just side profile before and after photos. He understands symmetry and the art and science of having a nose that fits your face and doesn't look fake. Dr. Hilinski is truly in a class of his own and he specializes in nose surgery. I highly recommend him and can't say enough good things about him. He is very response to email and answered all my questions prior to the surgery and didn't over promise with unrealistic expectations.
