Dr. Hilinski is the BEST! GET HILINSKI'D!

WORTH IT
6 months post surgery. Very happy with outcome. It was perfectly straight after surgery, however, it may have been slightly bumped and it is slightly off center, but not that bad. Dr. Hilinski posts exercises (on his website) to use to maintain or ensure perfect alignment during the healing process, which is so important. After educating myself about this, it then became striking that not many other doctors relay this important information to their patients after surgery. Imho, this is extremely important, especially for out of town patients, who are not able to visit soon after surgery to maintain perfect nasal structure alignment. I did start to do these corrective procedures on myself, but since I was out of town, my results from my own attempted alignment definitely helped, but were not optimal. I'm still very thrilled with his work, and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Hilinski is the BEST!!!!!
Dr. Hilinski is the very best. He did a open revision rhinoplasty on me, and I could not be happier with his work. He is so skilled! I will post a photo soon. He is very gifted, skilled, and talented. I had more than one botched rhinoplasty, so finding a surgeon who would even look at me, started getting difficult. He is very personable and pretty speedy with the email responses! If you're looking for an excellent revision rhinoplasty surgeon, this is your answer!

I'd like to add that some of the other reasons that Dr. Hilinski and his staff are superior are:
1. His anesthesiologist is obviously outstanding, because for the first time, after waking up, I had no sore/scratchy throat, and no coughing for 2 days or so from the breathing tube.
2. Dr. Hilinski left no bruising to speak of, even after breaking my nose. He's got it all figured out how to accomplish his goal, without causing any more trauma than he has to. What a bonus, and as far as recovery time.

So happy for you:) Your nose looks amazing! Do you have any before pics if you wouldn’t mind sharing?

Did he do any grafting?
Yes, an ear graft. It’s now 3 1/2 weeks since my surgery.
