After carrying two large boys and breastfeeding...
$19,600
After carrying two large boys and breastfeeding them my body is looking pretty sad!! I breastfed my last one for 16 months and after I was finished my boobs deflated to a 32B from a 34DD. I'm hoping to feel confident in a bikini this summer.... HEEYYYYYYY! After consulting with a few doctors I feel that Dr Kearney is the man to tackle this task!

Pre-Op
My pre-op was yesterday. I had a long list of questions! Unfortunately, the actual time with Dr. Kearney wasn't very long. I was hoping for more time spent on implant size but it was quick; I think because he had another patient. I chose 375cc Mod Plus Silicone unders. However, because I felt rushed I was questioning the size all day and it drove me crazy! I have an option of 375 or 400cc. The 400cc are only .03 cm wider and same projection (4cm). Should I just do 400cc?? I keep hearing that women wished they had gone bigger. This is only 25cc bigger and probably won't even make a difference. I'm currently a 32B so I only want to be a D max.
The nurse also informed me that I would not get a compression garment because of the drain. Isn't this weird!! I've been trolling this site for a good year and have never heard of this. I'm having a lot of work done and to not have a garment sounds a bit absurd. The nurse said I will get it when my drain comes out. Hmmmmmm. Has his happened to anybody else???
Anyways... Here are the dreaded before pictures....

Go with 400. Just call them and switch the size. Trust me you don't want to second guess your size. The numbers mess with our heads. I'm sorry you didn't get a lot of time with him. I've only had a BA so I didn't need drains so I don't know anything about the compression garment. Sorry! But remember every surgeon is different and have their own ways of doing things!

karenSd - Pre-op was good. Quick and easy. Everybody in the office is mellow and down to earth. Now just a waiting game... The 11th is gonna come QUICK.

My doc told me to go with 375 unders, I wanted 400. I listened to him and wished I went larger. Get the 400

I got 375 after all. My PS said the 400 is just wider and it wouldn't be a noticeable difference. 25cc is only 1 oz or the size of a shot glass. To have a bigger volume implant I would have to go high profile. Are you Mod or HP?
