I forgot to mention a huge benefit dealing with Dr . Pousti. His office runs like a well oiled machine. He and his staff have a system and it works. They also work and take calls on the weekend which is huge and always follow up. This is hard to find in many businesses!

After meeting with many surgeons to fix my breast revision I had in March by a surgeon in Laguna Beach-I decided Dr. Pousti was the most qualified to get me the results I wanted and to fix the previous surgeons mistake.
I am a month out and happy with the outcome. Dr. Pousti put in saline implants-800 overfilled to 1150 to achieve a fuller breast.
He did internal sutures to help get me more cleavage and my cleavage now is much better.
Unlike the previous surgeon , Dr. Pousti has all the implants and sizers needed to make sure the results are what the patient wants. He texted my husband with pictures before closing me up to make sure I’d be happy with the size.
