Since reading all the other reviews has been so helpful, I figured I'd do the same for someone else...Short back story, I've always wanted boobs and after breastfeeding 3 kids for a combined total of over 3 years, what is left of my tatas is pitiful to say the least. ha! I'm barely a 34A and am thinking I'll be going with 450cc silicone. I have my pre-op appointment in November and will for sure decide then. If I go up to the 550cc then I have to go ultra-high profile and I'm not sure that will give me the look I want. At my consultation with Dr Kearney, every one was extremely nice. Dr Kearney answered every single question that I had and didn't sugar coat anything. My husband is supportive of my BA but would prefer I didn't get one. He, too, loved Dr Kearney and is very comfortable with having Kearney as my doctor. Will update more later and add some before pictures!

Before Photos

So I just wanted to share some before photos to help see the difference. Before I was wearing a 34A but even that cup size had extra room in. I think I mentioned it before but I breastfeed all three of my kids and I was left with basically nothing but nipple.

I saw a comment of yours on a forum that you had your surgery yesterday? We would love an update when you have a chance!

Day 1 - 450cc HP mentor silicone
mamaoftresDecember 4, 2015
I'm writing a day late but had my surgery yesterday. Everything went great. I got 450 cc high profile mentor silicone. Dr Kearney and staff were amazing. I got there at 8 am and was leaving the surgery center by 10. I felt pretty good all day yesterday. Towards the evening I had a sore throat from whatever the ansethiosologist put in my mouth but other than that I was just a little stiff. Took one pain pill before bed and I slept through the night sitting up. Woke up stiff but no pain. If you're ever breastfed, it reminds me of how engorged you get when nursing a newborn. Not painful, just uncomfortable. I go in today for my first post-op appointment and will update then.
