Congratulations! Was waiting to get an update on how you were doing. You look fabulous!
Thank you!! It's so good to hear that someone else sees the difference and it's not just me trying to trick myself LOL
You look great! When did you start working back out? I had my surgery 26 day ago and I’m still in pain, I want to get back in the gym but I’m afraid my body isn’t ready yet even though my doctor said I could get back to it.
Thank you so much! I started to get back into things at week 5. I say definitely listen to what your body is telling you and just start slow. Good luck :)
While I have a minute, I wanted to explain in more detail what happened between day 4 and my 6-week post.
The first four weeks was an emotional rollercoaster. I was in A LOT of pain once the medication ran out so you're pretty much on your own with remedies. The pain plus my lack of patience stressed me out. I wanted to see immediate results but that's not realistic.
My words of advice for anyone thinking about doing this is Yes, its worth it. But please please have a lot of patience and don't beat yourself up thinking about why you dont see any immediate differences.
During week five the pain went away almost overnight and while I didn't have any feeling in my central areas, the swelling was gone and I liked how I looked in my clothes. Seeing the changes encouraged me to get out and start exercising. Slow walking at first and now running 3 miles each night. I used to drink soda all day every day and now it disgusts me. I feel like the liposuction changed me physically and mentally for the better.
The trick now is to keep eating right and to not get lazy again. I'm thinking of scheduling a round two to complete my upper back (bra rolls) and maybe my arms. But if I keep losing weight I may not have to. I'll check back with you all later and see what you think.
I'd love to answer any questions you have so message me! Take care and I appreciate the support.

Thanks for the info! Great advice as I was losing patience and hope. Now just to wait out the swelling and pain..keep us updated!
How are you doing? Still in pain? As I'm re-reading this I wanted to check in with you. I was in so much pain through week 4/5; I think that's where you were struggling too. Have you started to feel better?
How many laser lipo sessions did you have
This was one procedure of Smart Lipo. In this one procedure, I had four areas liposuctioned; upper & lower abs, hips, and lower waist. I recommend getting all done at once because you aren't going to want to do another procedure on this area of your body ever again. LOL
How much did it cost you I just want lower abdomen n maybe my flanks
I'm in San Diego and it cost approximately $2200 per area
WOW!! You look amazing, I’m thinking about the same type just the stomach only....they have that here in TN. Would you recommend ?

Day 4... worst day yet
Hard to put into words what I feel, my body is just as large as before but is now in the most pain it's ever been in. The tire that I had before has turned into a cement tire that I can't tell if it's fluid or rocks. My bruises scare me. I can't wait to see my doctor on Saturday.

Positive thoughts for your swelling to go down and faster healing. Let us know if Dr recommends massages to help. Look forward to your next update. Hang in there!
If it's any consolation I see a change from before to last pic you posted side view. I watched a video and they pump a lot of fluid in there to separate and lift the fat. It will take at least a week to drain that fluid out! Hang in there! Hope you feel better soon! I admire your courage and I am now planning to have this done.
How are you doing? It will get better. You need to compress.
Day 4 and 5 killed me too!!!
