I had Eye bag surgery by Dr. Karam. $9000 later, I STILL HAVE EYE BAGS. The procedure lasted 20 minutes. The Dr. seemed in a hurry to make $9000 as fast as he could. I am very dissatisfied. Other people who have had eye work by other doctors look like what I was expecting from Dr. Karam. The good doctor refuses to fix it saying results are not guaranteed. I have been back twice asking to look like the eye jobs in his literature to no avail. My advice, its a slick office. Very friendly, but STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONAL RESULTS.

I'm sorry to hear that. Dr. Karam, did the eyebrows lifts, and fat transfer to all my face too for $10.000. I didn't get the results he promised and he refused to fix it too. Un professional doctor.

He did you a favor. Believe it or not leaving some eye bag in is a smart move so you don't end up hollow under your eyes. Blend the rest with fat or filler.
Although I will say $9,000 is pretty ridiculous.
I guess he cares more about the bigger procedures that he can feature on YouTube since he was rushed with you. You can judge a person by the way they treat people when no one is looking.
