Size N Cup to a D!!!

Here are my BEFORE pictures and one month after photos pictures. Never want to go back to a N cup again!

I am 28 years old wore a 36N. Since I was 10 I had breast. In the 6th grade I was already a C cup, middle school a D cup and highschool well they just kept growing. I have always been asked "Doesn't your back hurt?" my answer would be no. It wasn't until 6 months ago I started having horrible back pain. I figured well its my weight. Being overweight, I figured my back is telling me to lose weight girlfriend, carring 230+lbs is getting old. I began to work out at a bootcamp and sure enough I couldn't even last 10 minutes during a warm up because my back would tense up, get hot, neck pain and more. I noticed my posture at work which created markings on my elbows from me leaning on couters, chairs etc because I couldn't stand longer than 3 minutes without some discomfort on my back. Finally I made a call to my mom and said I am ready! She referred me to Dr. Pousti. My mom has had a breast reduction in the past by a different surgeon but she regretted not coming to Dr. Pousti. I made my appointment with him and as soon as I walked in the office I felt securred. I felt comfortable and confident to make this finally happen. The staff is amazing, all of the ladies are SO friendly! Dr Pousti made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and concerns. Once I met with him and seen the price of what this can cost I knew I wasn't readt financially but your health has NO COST TO IT PEOPLE. I immediatly schedule my surgery date which was a week later from my consultation date. I am currently 5 weeks out from surgery and I am still recovering. I had drains for 2 weeks compared to the norm of 2-4 days but my reduction was HUGE! The surgery went very well. The next 2 days after surgery i felt so much relief on my back! Every day Dasiy (staff member) would call me to see how I was doing and making sure I was okay and the drains were doing its job. She is such a sweetheart! So happy, positive, caring a great person all around. Finally, a couple of weeks after my surgery and once the drains were removed I finally seen my smaller breast. I couldnt believe it and couldn't help but to cry. My mom even cried. It was such a boost of confidence, appreciate of my body and for the entire staff especially Dr. Pousti. He truly did an amazing job. I am very excited for the end results and so far I am so pleased. Wish I did this sooner but hey better late than never right? At 28 years old I am excited to go out there and not be shy, insecure of my body any more, I am also VERY excited to work out. From not being able to do a jumping jack or a burpee, running/jogging, I can finally make all of this happen. Thank you again Dr. Pousti you made my confidence shoot up and help made my mind stronger to make Destiny a healthy human being.
