As a gynecologist, I exam breasts on a daily basis and many of my clients have elected to have breast augmentation. I always like to ask the name of the surgeons, and with the most beautiful breasts, Dr. Pousti's name was frequently mentioned. His clients were so happy with the results and always told me how caring he was. I started referring clients to him and over the years have seen many of his gorgeous breast augmentations and other surgeries, with all of his clients delighted and happy.
After having 4 children and nursing each one for 2 years, my breasts definitely were not how they used to be. Four years before meeting Dr. Pousti, I tried to plump them up a bit and had fat injected into my breast by another skilled surgeon. However over the course of a year and a half most of it disappeared and even though i had been counseled about that happening, I felt a bit disheartened. I finally decided to consult with Dr. Pousti myself, and when I met him, I found that my clients were right. He is be a lovely man; sweet and extremely kind. I was touched by how intently he listened to me, and how much he wanted my breasts to match my expectations. Over the years I have listened to many clients tell me their cosmetic surgeons didn't listen to them, making their breasts too big---or not respecting what they had agreed upon pre-op. He had his whole team spent time with me showing me their breasts so I could see the difference between saline and the new silicone implants, creating video imaging for different possibilities, and discussing the "Breast Boards" other clients had made. turns out that during surgery, Dr. Pousti looks at the photographs women have chosen for their display which guides him to the result each women desires. Good technique--- it could be easy to forget some of the nuances each client desires.
I went home after the consult, made my breast board showing the very natural style of breasts I liked, and three weeks later went into surgery. Three hours later, I was on my way home. My results were so wonderful, with my saline implants perfect, natural and delightfully like I used to look. As a surgeon myself, I was so impressed by Dr. Pousti's skill, kindness, sense of humor, and gentleness. I was back at work in two days--- not lifting, holding my hands at my sides and obeying the orders of the maestro, but really, it was an effortless recovery. As I was being driven home, Dr, Pousti called to check in, and in the last two weeks his staff has called me a dozen times. Truly, this kind of follow up is extraordinary and completely unprecedented. I keep telling the staff my recovery is perfect, but its so sweet to know caring people have my back. I have started the required breast massages and Dr. Pousti has told me my breasts will continue to heal and to improve even more over the next year. I already know there will be no visible scar. The incision at the aureola is tiny, leaving my breasts natural, full and very sexy. Dr Pousti is a true master, and I am a very grateful client. it is wonderful to know that the field of cosmetic surgery has such a fine man and talented surgeon in their ranks.
