Hello everyone. I am making a new review for my revision journey. I currently have bottomed out, asymmetrical implants: Allergan style 15 mod+ 304L 339R. I think they are too wide for me as the implants stick out from my ribcage and my nipples are way too high. I do not look proportioned or natural. I also have a lot of rippling.
Some of the reasons I am going through with a revision:
1. Finding clothes, particularly a bra or swimsuit is impossible! This size is having the opposite effect.
The implants sit so low that my nipples are always right at the top of everything. I am a 30-32 band size and wanted to be a C cup. I wear an ill-fitting 32 D. The wire is almost at the back of my armpit and there is a huge gap at the side of the cups! But it's the only one that covers my nipples. A 30D I found at Kohl's didn't fit right either. Maybe 30DD would fit but I don't want to be a DD! I just wanted to fit in everything better and now I can't find anything. All of my t shirts/tank tops don't fit right either since I am so thin and have these big wide boobs.
2. The rippling is very significant- another complication from bottoming out and my thin skin.
4. I want to change the profile. I have mild pectus which makes my ribs stick out and chest go in. I think the high profile will better mask the issue by giving me more projection on top while still correcting the width.
Ok so now I'm having trouble picking what size. I'm hoping reducing the diameter by 1cm will help, but will that be enough? I can't find an inspira ssf size chart, only the srf which is a more cohesive implant. But anyway it looks like staying a similar size, 295cc, will decrease diameter by about 1cm while inceasing projection by .5cm. Downsizing even more (which I'm highly considering) to around 265cc will decrease width by 1.5cm and projection will be only slightly more.
Do you think keeping my cc's the same or going a size down is best?? Thank you so much for reading!

Sorry I had to wait to get my phone pics. I hate looking at these but it's what I currently look like! I hope this can be fixed because it is definitely not a "better version of myself".

I have similar rippling issues in my cleavage :( I see you're from San Diego... Is Dr. Pousti doing your revision? I read your post below and it sounds like you are torn with what size. I thin you're wise not going larger. Is the SSF implant a high profile implant?? I have the SCFs which is high profile and highly cohesive, even more so than the SRFs but mine are still rippling in the left side cleavage area. I am thinking now though it has more to do with my doc placing my implant too medial and over dissecting my muscle on my left side. Excited to see how the SSFs turn out for you! I'll see if I can find the chart for that style and post if for you! Please keep us posted!

I'm not from San Diego- I just don't want anyone local to stumble upon my boob pics lol! I'm glad you agree not to go larger. I'm leaning towards smaller. I'm afraid of not going small enough to make a difference, but also of creating a gap. So the inspiras come in soft touch, responsive, and cohesive. You have the most firm. Soft touch is closer to regular silicone. I think placement has a lot to do with final result, rippling included. I don't think there's really any turning back from over dissection is there! Ugh I'm so nervous.

No, no going back after over dissecting! But I think ADM can help with rippling.... Dr. Pousti in San Diego uses it a lot and I’ve seen some amazing results with his revisions. I wish I could find a surgeon on Tampa but there just aren’t enough reviews here with actual photos and I don’t want to go by word of mouth again! That got me in trouble the first time! Looking forward to following your journey and hoping your surgeon can correct your issues! I think you’ll be fine if you don’t go too large, and he places them appropriately! Please keep us posted! Oh, and I laughed at your comment about not wanting anyone to recognize your boobs! Too funny!

Still researching sizes

I have my pre-op in 2 weeks. I've been looking at a lot of 300 and under implant on here. They all look so good! Anyone with that size still browse RealSelf? I find it's difficult to reach out to others because there are soo many reviews I never know if someone will come across mine! Feel free to reach out because I am on here daily! Lol anyway my biggest struggle is picking size (like everyone else). Definitely leaning towards 265, which will reduce my diameter by .9cm on one side and 1.4cm on the other. I would hate to end up with too narrow implants, but right now they are too wide. The three options I'm looking at are 240, 265, and 295 in the ssf.
