Best decision of my life. I'm beyond greatful and happy with the new joy in my life that Dr. Pousti has given me. I felt deformed for an entire year after my first BA as things went wrong from the beginning ie deformed cleavage & pain. I have my life and confidence back. Pre op 475 HP unders. you look amazing! Glad the pain has resolved.
I also had internal bra revision with Dr. P. I am very happy. Wondering how long it took for your nipples to not be tender anymore. I am 4.5 weeks now. My breasts are also still pretty sore by the end of the day and esp my shoulders/biceps. Trying to keep my arms to my sides so my biceps and outer shoulders hurt.

I'm just past 6 weeks. Still very sore and tender as well. No sensation back in my right nipple yet and hard to get clothing on and off still. I read that around 12 weeks things should get better. Nipple incisions are still very tender as well.

I am 5'7 and normally weight between 118 and 123 my bra size before my first BA was 32B. I hope that help you out.

Could you explain the internal revision part?

The revision part is re closing off the pocket in order to lift and support the weight of the implant so it does not look like it has fallen off your body like mine first did. Mine was done with internal stitches but in extreme cases they use surgical mesh.

Swelling continues to diminish along with pain and soreness. Breasts are staying in place and settling nicely

Very nice! I am glad to hear that the pain/soreness continues to decrease. I am at week 8 on Tues and am I finding the same.
So glad to hear you are no longer feel discomfort nor deformed. Glad you were persistent and were able to get your revision. Can you tell us a bit more about the internal bra? I have heard great things about this technique. Congratulations!
