Dr.Pousti, Exquisitly Talented Plastic Surgeon! The Only One I Will Ever Use or Refer To! - San Diego, CA

I sought out Dr. Pousti to do my Breast Augmentation revision, after having found him online. Quite frankly because after much research, he was the absolute best surgeon for my procedure. I had already had my first, and only breast augmentation, done back in 2007. Needless to say I didn't achieve the look I was going for. I wanted big, full, & fake! After 5 years of having them, I wound up with sad looking, tired, and droopy breasts. Not too mention, in hindsight, the surgeon I had originally gone with for my first BA was very lackluster and conservative in his approach and methodology. Having had that being my first augmentation, i thought afer everything healed i would then see what i was hoping to see. Unfortunately i never would achieve those big, full, and perky breasts i had requested through this augmentation. I don't believe i had a "bad" boob job. I just think there are many plastic surgeons out there who can perform surgeries, but it takes a true artist, with a keen eye and very skilled and precise knowledge to actually fulfill those results your looking for! And that my friends, is exactly why i chose Dr. Pousti! He not only met my every want and need, he surpassed my expectations in every way! From his welcoming and friendly demeanor, to his incredibly kind and accommodating team of staff. They truly know how to give you the VIP treatment at Dr. Pousti's office. ;-). He treats every patient as if you were his one and only! I loved that! But of course, most of all, I am absolutely over the moon with my results! I should mention that my procedure I had was, breast revision with implant exchange, with overfilled saline implants, in addition to Capsulaphory. Which translates to new and improved xl implants with an internal bra. What I always wanted! Big, full and amazingly perky! :-). I must say, at one point in my search for a good plastic surgeon, I wasn't sure I'd ever find one. Not JUST any good surgeon, but one who would truly listen to and provide me with exactly what I wanted! So many told me, i would need a lift, and the size I wanted was not possible. I'd like to translate that to, most are unwilling to really put to the test and apply their skills and expertise to look at each individual case closely, and look outside the box to make it happen. THAT IS, what i believe to be the essence of Dr. Pousti's practice! Which makes him superior to his colleagues. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH MY NEW BREASTS! My confidence is soaring, my breasts compliment and highlight my body perfectly, and my husband can't keep his hands off me, even more so now! Thank you, thank you, thank you, DR. Pousti and team! I would not refer to any other, nor will I ever need to seek out another plastic surgeon. I found exactly where I was meant to be all along! Just wish I had found him sooner!! Worth every penny and then some! The feeling of being absolutely complete is priceless, however! ;-). I say all this with the Utmost Sincerity and from the bottom of my heart. I will admit, it can be nerve racking to travel out of state to have cosmetic surgery, but fear not! Dr. Pousti's office are the experts in this arena as well. They specialize in fly-in procedures. I was nervous about this aspect of choosing an out of state surgeon, but soon after arriving in San DIego and meeting DR. Pousti and staff, all my fears were completely obliterated. They made everything so comfortable and effortless. Prescriptions, appointments, post-op undergarments, local hotel accommodations, you name it, they'll have it covered for you! So really all you have to do is call, schedule your procedure, and book your plane ticket! Before you know it, you'll be on your way to having a more complete & beautiful body. That is what I achieved with my entire experience with Dr. Pousti, and wish I had done it sooner.
