My First breast augmentation was in may 2013. I got 475cc saline under muscle, then on March 2014 i got Into a car accident and noticed my breast looked different they looked lower and my right breast had a bump and i could feel the implant so I went to see my surgeon and he told me that I needed to exchange my implants and have a capsulorraphy revision

I hope you see this... Because in 2014 I was in a car accident. I don't know if it caused my right breast to have capsular contracture or if the seatbelt did something to my implant. I also had a bump in my breast. It was almost like my implant folded over where the seat belt rested and the bump was a fold in the implant that I could pop in and it would pop out after my finger left my breast. It was right above my nipple. Is that anything like you experienced? I have an appoint soon but I had a deflation on that same breast so the Doctor won't be able to feel the implant pop. I'm hoping I did NOT have contracture and instead the accident caused a fold in the shell.

My appointment went great I got my implant I'D card and my implant size is Mentor smooth Round high Profile Saline 600cc filled to 850cc on both right and left...

Sorry to hear about the car accident...glad you're okay. Did you go larger to compensate for damage done in the car accident or did you want to go larger anyway? You look wonderful! Thank you for sharing your story on RealSelf.
