Pre-op Done..Countdown to my New Boobs! SO Excited! Less Than an A Cup to 435cc - San Diego, CA

I've been wanting to have this surgery since I was 12 and I'm finally a point in my life where I can pull the trigger! Couldn't be more excited! I've spoken to countless women, felt their results and researched all types of doctors over the years. I'm 29 years old, 5'1 and about 109lbs and I've never had surgery of any type before, no children and none in the future. I'm barely an A cup right now and hoping to end up with a full C - D cup. Surgery is set for Nov 22nd.
This site has been extra helpful in helping me prepare from what to goal pictures to what to expect post op, etc. Looking forward to contributing to the cause :)

Hi everyone!
So I am on Post Op day number 2 and feeling wonderful! I can't sing Dr Pousti's praises enough. The surgery went by so quickly, I was shocked! After never being under before, it was a great experience.
My fiancé and I arrived at the medical center, signed in and then they took us back after waiting for 30 mins or so (which was great because it allowed me to ground myself a bit prior to suiting up )
They took us back, got me all situated with gown, compression socks, a warm blanket and went over the foot exercises to do while just sitting around at home to avoid blood clots, asked me questions and etc. Everyone was sooo very nice and cracks jokes with you to ease the tension. The nurse then got my IV set ( which I'm a big wimp and totally fainted haha thank god I was already laying down )
The doctor came in and wow was he in the zone! He had me stand in front of the mirror as he drew his outline of his future masterpiece on my chest. We discussed a few things other than exactly what size I was getting.
I actually preferred it that way. I've trusted Dr Pousti from the moment I met him and knew he grasped the look I was going for. His professional experience lead him to precisely what I wanted. The nurse then lead me to the operating room, had me lay down and asked me a couple questions before I was completely out!
I woke up 1hr later in a cozy hospital bed with a nice nurse greeting me. I felt no pain, just a bit right which is totally expected. She let me know that the Dr chose 435cc on each side (which I adore!) We chatted and waiting til I was a bit more awake before having my fiancé come in. Everyone helped me get dressed and wheeled me out.

The first day I just laid around upright, made sure to take my pain meds and eat. Dozed off here and there but all in all no pain.

--Warning on day 2---
Pain meds constipate you! I am so used to a normal regiment that I was pretty darn uncomfortable. I hate prunes, drank prune juice, and still nothing! I decided to take the plunge and go with Dulcolax ( make sure you're by a bathroom in 5-6 hours after taking) worked like a dream!
Last night we watched with Pacquiao fight with 20 people over and I was up and about no problem. No reaching or lifting of course.
I have a pre op picture of my breasts and will follow up with post op.

I must say that I'm shocked at how quickly I've recovered and already enjoying myself! Everyone is complimenting me how they look completely proportional to my frame. Some people can't even tell! The doctor and his team are amazing! They checked on me, took the time in my checkups to answer any questions stc. I'm so very very grateful to Dr Pousti :)
