250 CC Mentor Mod+ Unders. 31 years old 104 Lbs 5'3" ; 2 Kiddo's Bf for 6 Months. San Diego, CA

I have wanted boobs since I can remember. I vividly remember asking my mom if I would get them in 5th grade because that is when all my older friends got theres. lol Needless to say that did not happen. Everyone else on both sides of my family had/has nice boobs, and I got skipped.

I was a full A cup until I got pregnant at 16. I quickly grew to a C cup and stayed there throughout the pregnancy. When my milk came in i was a D cup. Always a 32 band, should have been a 30 (but who can find those). Anyway, they went down to a B cup and out came the cutlets and extra padded bras. Fast forward 7 years and my boobs grew a cup size overnight! I was pregnant again. This time it was semi planned and I was happily married. They continued to grow and grow and grow. I was a 32 dd before I delivered. My boobs where always bigger then my stomach. My milk came in and I was an E cup! I really looked like I was a [RS bleep] star. My waist was back down to 26" and I had these huge boobs. They settled down pretty quickly to a nice C cup. They stayed this way for 6 months and I was beginning to think they where going to stick around. Then one day they deflated a cup size or more! I LITERALLY watched them shrivel up and my bra get to big. So bizar.

So to be honest with all that stretching and shrinking they don't look too bad, but I can't find a bra to fit. I fall out of the sides of a 32 A and B, but I don't feel out the top of a C. I can't go up a band size because it just moves too much. When I get measured they measure me as a 30 A. I put it on and show them and they bring me a C, but to look at my bare breast you would NEVER think that.

I finally decided on Dr. Kearney. His staff as been AMAZING!! And he took over an hour explaining everything to me and my husband at my first consult about a year ago. I had something come up and had to put the ba off longer than expected, so I had a second consult and went over everything again. He took his time and reassured me of the size and why. 250 Mentor Mod+ round smooth unders. I want a natural look, really just to be "re=inflated", with some volume on top. I also want to be more proportionate with my lower half. I am a very small pear shape. I gain weight in my butt and thighs first, and have a tiny waist (23"). I am scared 250 will be too much, but I have a rounded rib cage and don't want them too be to spread out. My BWD straight is 9.5, but with the curve is 11.5 -12. Right now I have about a 1.5-2 finger width gap from boob to boob over the sternum.

Today Is the day. Showered and tidied up the house.

So yesterday was the big day! My surgery wasn't until two, so I was pretty out of it most of the evening. I was able to eat some soup. I didn't take any pain meds until before bed time. I woke up with mild pain and took another at 3. I didn't take anything at all until 12:30 this after noon! Just some discomfort due to swelling.

I had my post op this morning, and they said I am looking great! I do have some burising. Probably more because I didn't stop taking Advil until a week out instead of 2 weeks out. I got to take a shower and changed my bra today. I can also put on loose fitting t shirts without help.
