I wanted something natural but on the larger side...

I wanted something natural but on the larger side for my frame. Something that said, "wow, she has really nice boobs" not "look at her big ole fake boobs". I chose to go with under the muscle silicone round..which I will explain later. Currently, I am happy with my results, will love to see how they turn out.

Honestly, this is someone who is good at their job, but knows they're good at their job and acts on this belief. I made the appointment with him and paid my deposit based on the results that I have seen and the phone consultation that I had, meeting him at my pre-op appointment. I had a previous consultation with another plastic surgeon, so I have some sort of idea of what this is supposed to be like. He goes through a MONTAGE Of information that he obviously has memorized for every patient. When you try to ask him a question, he'll be like, "I'm getting to that" as you wait for him to finish his spiel. He has an idea of what size he wants you to be and vehemently pushes for you to do so. I asked him about the gummy bear implants and he heavily huffs and starts complaining for about ten minutes about this new implant style. I tell him that's fine and all, but I would like to have them. He tells me that 45/50 of the people he has done that to it has rotated....... 45/50? You have a 90% fail rate??? I mean, I guess I'm glad that you're telling me, but it clearly hurt his ego to say so. After I paid almost 7 thousand dollars upfront, he seemed to care less and less. The post-op was not even five minutes and he barely was there. On the second day, my back was killing me and when I called him to ask if I could lay flat, he told me "yea, you can do whatever you want as long as it doesn't hurt" and hung up... I can do whatever I want? That's your answer??? The appropriate answer should have been.. Oh on the first and second day you should be slightly elevated and on the third you can lay on your back. You should lay on your back for approx. six weeks or so with a minimum of blah-blah-blah. I called to ask when should I take my stitches out, they said they'll call back and of course didn't. What he said and the nurses said conflicted. i.e. the nurse tells me not to take a shower until the post-op (next morning) but he got upset and literally patronized me like a child for not listening to what HE said. With the amount of drugs they put you on and the amount of money that I paid I shouldn't HAVE to figure it out. I literally had to google everything i should and should not do afterwards. The nurses were awesome though. They made up for what his obvious lack of social skills and arrogance. the only good thing i can say is he knows what he's doing job-wise.
