I wanted something natural but on the larger side for my frame. Something that said, "wow, she has really nice boobs" not "look at her big ole fake boobs". I chose to go with under the muscle silicone round..which I will explain later. Currently, I am happy with my results, will love to see how they turn out.

hey! i was reading through some reviews for Dr. Kearney and wanted to see how your breasts are now compared to how it was from the beginning. Do you still like them? and is it everything you wanted it to be?
